Excess charge for making an alteration to a booking
In my opinion the company abused it position of trust when it overcharged me for making an alteration to my booking £175.00 when this should be no more than £50. Admin fee

Excellent personal service
I always use Worldwide because I can speak to a real person and not go through a computer. The flights have always been superb except for one and that wasn't down to Worldwide it was the fault of United Airlines. The consultant spends time finding the best option and will call back if they find something better.
My only complaint is having to pay a surcharge for using a credit card.
I have just booked a holiday in Australia and the consultant was so patient and helpful. It took 2 hours but I am really pleased with the outcome. I am looking forward to travelling in March.

Excellent service
Having been let down by another company on my flights it was a great relief when my internet search found WWF & Russell. With no pressure on myself he found perfect flights from Heathrow to Tauranga via Auckland, I hope American Airways turns out to be as pressure free as Russell and Worldwide flights have been. I would recommend WWF to all my friends & family. Thank you Russell.

Great service and great operators
I booked with another travel agency but missed my flight , i then called world wide flights which i got a cheap ticket and told the operator i would be prepared to sit in the worst seat as long as the flight was cheap which i got very good price from london to bangkok as i needed to be there as soon as i can , the other travel agency did not even help with charges or to help with my flights please do not book with omega flights .com the worst agency to ever be in , i want to thank world wide flights for this oppertunity and help and thank all staff who made it possible , thank you Marc for helping me Richard Halasz
