Awful experience. Paid for two boxes and have not receive any. No phone number to call. Tracking information not valid. Nobody knows anything about them. Unbelievable. Do not waste your money on them. Boxes could be amazing, I guess if you ever receive them. They stole our money. Not to mention the disappointment of receiving packages at home while you are expecting the box and finding out that they are my dad´s stuff instead of mine.
No matter what "subscription" you order, they keep charging you. The only way to contact them is via an email, (that requires significant searching to find), then they don't unsubscribe you! You also CANNOT remove your credit card information from your account on their site! I have been forced to contest the latest charges through my credit card and cancel my credit card in order to get out of this! A few cute novelty items are definitely not worth getting stuck in this dishonest scam!
A good lootcrate ripoff that tries a little harder, smaller boxes but cheaper and more interesting. Gamer themed and often come with cartridges and awesome t-shirts =D
