I had an issue with the account i received being banned, but i used the online chat and they replaced it with a new one within 5 minutes and were very understanding about it. Nothing bad to say here.

Awful experience
Awful experience, inexperienced team, customer service absolutely abysmal. Rude agent (PEPE or whatever cringe name they have on discord) 0 customer service or personable skills. I would hope your order goes smoothly or else it will become a nightmare.

You have to wait forever to play with someone
Had a few good expierences before, but overall the waiting time is ridiculous (Few hours wait time compared to minutes at competitors). When you order you instantly get an email that order is completed. After 2 hours no response, I asked to cancel. Customer service said they will refund the order to my bank, but after 6 hours I get someone assigned anyway. On top of that: instead of a bank refund they give store credits, but completely disregard the 3 euro store credit I already had and used for an empty order. Pretty sad, just lost a loyal customer.

Logged in on my account as usual to pick up the login (that's what i usually do) suddenly 2-3 days ago they lost the data and while im trying to recover the account with help from them I'm accused of cheating? Horrible service if this is their standard I'm so dissapointed.

Recently tried out the placement boosting, which worked perfectly via a convenient web interface. The booster that worked on my order was "ground". The work was done very fast and the communication was great. :)
