I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 47 days.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 47 days for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

My experience with platform is that its not going to pay out users they want deposits and will keep shifting the bar to get more from users till you stop and then move on to next person. Everyone makes around R20k with free R198 if willing to go that high. You are then forced to make first deposit that will result in either you need to make a bigger deposit and at some stage account will be closed. They have no details of land line or any number to contact or even where premises are. The website operates like gabling platform just with no intent of paying users they winnings. The VIP 1,2 and 3 is the scam that provides hope that you can get you R20000 out because only costing small amount compared to get it and unfortunately in my opinion you wont see any money. Best of everything even my Bank warned me not to deposit funds and that is a big red flag! Be cautious to this gambling platform.

I want to подробно share my experience with 1win to warn other users. I topped up my gaming account with 176.76 TON (≈ 25,000 RUB) and placed a bet on a football event. The bet was refunded, and the funds were supposed to return to my balance.

After the event ended, I logged into my personal account and discovered the following:
• the balance was reset to zero;
• an attempted withdrawal appeared that I did not initiate;
• the account email was changed without my involvement.

The chat manager stated that I had attempted to withdraw funds, then canceled the withdrawal, after which the gaming balance was allegedly spent in the casino section. Despite my repeated requests to provide logs, the so-called 1win security team provided nothing.

My activity on the platform is extremely rare: in fact, I only played on 26.08.2025, 08.12.2025, and 11.01.2026. Even if a third party had gained access to the account, they could not physically predict the date of my next deposit and bet. Therefore, I rule out the possibility of hacking by external parties.

All signs indicate that the manipulations with the balance, gaming activity, and withdrawal attempt were carried out directly within the 1win personal account system, creating the illusion of a hack and the subsequent disappearance of funds.

I passed full KYC verification, and the security service restored access to the account, but the balance was not returned, and no explanation for the deducted funds was provided. The affiliate program referred to the rules regarding “the client’s responsibility for the actions of third parties” and refused compensation.

Judging by reviews from other users, my case is not unique: many complain about similar situations—balance resets and “gaming activity” that the user never performed. The impression is that the personal account system is designed in such a way as to write off funds and create the illusion of a hack, while placing full responsibility on the client.

I am sharing this experience so that other clients understand: even with minimal activity and full identity verification (KYC), your funds can be arbitrarily deducted, and responsibility for this is shifted onto the user. Scammers the lot of them! i deposited around £400 and i had £250 withdrawal which they rejected multiple times with a different excuse each time, i tried to chat to the agents, none of them helped telling me to email security, i emailed security and no answer to anything, absolute waste of time and money, disgusting

I’m extremely unhappy in that I received a joining bonus of R198. I played and won about 28k. I surpassed the bonus play conditions and the was quallfied to withdraw my winnings. Unfortunately when I attempted to make the withdrawal, I was told I needed to be a VIP1 and had to deposit R350 which I did. However before making the deposit, I asked the agent if that was all I needed and once done if I would be able to make the withdrawal. The agent assured me that it was all and I then asked how long would the payout take and again I was assured that it would take 3-5 minutes. The agent even stated that once I make the deposit of R350, they would assist me with the withdrawal.

Oh yes, my account was put on hold where I could not play further as my balance was too high and the error message advised me to make the withdrawal before my account can be reactivated.

I was happy with this response and went ahead and made the deposit. Much to my surprise I still cannot make the withdrawal and told I need to be VIP2 in order to get all my winnings. I was told to make a further deposit of R900.

I’ve tried all angles but the agent says I need to speak the manager in telegram, however I cannot as this requires me to upgrade telegram before I am able to get through to the manager.

I am unable to pay a further R900 for fear that I will be requested to keep paying as in some of the reviews I’ve read.

Fun1 Win is scamming people out of hard earned money. how and where can the be stopped. they change client banking details, which violates POPI ACT.

upgrade to vip 1 to withdraw, then you must upgrade vip2 to withdraw all the winnings, then thy change your banking details and the money reverse, then ask another R1500 deposit to fix account.

I have deposited rs3000 on 21 December, but neither it's credited in my gaming account nor its refunded...

They asked me multiple documents for my payment acknowledgement, and then they said it's failure. And money will be refunded in my account...

As they requested I have provided my bank statement multiple times, and even shared my conversation with bank support..

But they are clearly fraud, when I have asked bank statement of them in return they didn't bother to reply

I made a deposit of R100 and played then I have won and when I wanted to withdraw they said I need to made a deposit of R350 to qualify for a withdrawal, then I deposited R260 and then I played more games. When I wanted to withdraw the said I must upgrade to VIP and deposit R550 in order to qualify for a withdrawal. After that I tried to withdraw and my withdrawal was rejected then I was told to double check my account number as it's incorrect. Then I saw 1 number was incorrect, then they said I can't edit the account number in order to make any changes I must upgrade to VIP3 where I need to make a deposit of R1500 after that I was told I can now withdraw but I must first withdraw R100 then R980 then the entire amount. So the R100 was successful then I tried the R980 it was rejected and I was told my credit score went down so I need to deposit R2500. So I need your intervention in this as the manager I'm speaking to via Telegram is not helping this is day light robbery and the manager kept on insisting that I must borrow money and make a deposit I will pay the people back after I make a withdrawal

This feels like a scam to me, i have almost 10k of winnings but they keep coming with excuses as to why I can't withdraw. First they said I had to get to VIP1 to withdraw. I deposited the R350, then they said its VIP2 as I registered with the R198 bonus code, then I deposited R550 to get to VIP2, now suddenly my banking details for the withdrawal was entered incorrectly (short 1 digit) and to amend it I have to get to VIP3 which means I have to deposit another R1500. When will it end????? Since when do you have to keep on deposit to get your winnings???? And the Telegram manager is apparently a manager but cant do anything as you have to get to the VIP levels.
