I have been a loyal user of 1win for the past 4 years. On January 21, 2026, I won 1 BTC on the 1win wheel. The winning screen clearly stated that the funds would be credited to my main account within 24 hours.
​Instead of receiving my winnings, my account (ID: 11480951) was blocked and put under "inspection". Now, the support team is falsely claiming that I only won 25 coins, which is a complete lie. I have the original screenshot of the 1 BTC win as proof.
​I have already submitted my updated Aadhaar card (Name: Mohammed Sahil) and my bank statements for verification. My documents are 100% legal and match my account details.
​1win is trying to cheat me out of my jackpot win. I request the security team to honor the 1 BTC win and unblock my account immediately. I will not stop until this is resolved and will report this to all licensing authorities.

The process for giving the bonus is good but after winning from the free spin the money is not credited to the main account and again when you win you can not withdraw from your main account money until you used the money deposited finished before you can withdraw ...... That is my own personal experience I even send messages to the Customer service the reply was not encouraging !!!!!!
