Endlich eine Diät die Spaß macht, habe 4 Kilo abgenommen.
Super, Disziplin gehört immer dazu, aber mit dieser Diät fällt es einem nicht ganz so schwer.

Es funktioniert sehr gut
Es funktioniert sehr gut. Natürlich braucht man Disziplin. Man kann sich an das fehlende Frühstück gewöhnen. Ich habe in den 2 Wochen 4 kg abgenommen, hab eine Woche fast wie gewohnt gegessen und nochmals eine Woche drangehängt, sodass ich von 90,2 auf 84,4 kg kam (bei 175 cm). Ich fühle mich richtig gut. Danke!
