Hello. I am sorry to hear this. There are a few models of Android phones that have issues with playing videos in WhatsApp. In these instances, we recommend sending via email or another platform like Signal or Facebook. We have refunded your payment for the trouble. Best, 2050cards
Not sure where my chosen card went initially!
Card designs were ok.
Not sure where the card went though!
It certainly didn’t go to the person I was trying to send it to initially.
In the end I managed to get it there by forwarding it to the right person.
