My withdrawal is getting blocked every time I try to withdrawal and goes back into my account. I have spoken to my bank and nothing wrong there end.

Withdrawals quick and easy. Can’t fault it 👍

Disgracefully poor service. Using laziness tactics to stop you getting your withdrawal. Demanding evidence that you owned a debit card from 6 years ago that I had lost and not even accepting the evidence from the bank saying they cannot help as it was reported lost. They do not satisfy normal evidence of ID normally such as driving licences or passport but try to make it impossible to withdraw. Quite clearly a scam to stop you withdrawing when other more reputable companies have an easy withdrawal process without any of the nonsense these put you through. And they know it but use hidden typically unread terms and conditions.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I only got my withdrawal after I reported them to the UK gambling commission and they got involved and low and behold it was actioned instantly even though I hadn’t yet apparently fulfilled their ID verification process to their legal requirements. Weird that eh.

Breach of GDPR regulations. Reported.

Got email that my withdrawal has been approved around 3-4 weeks ago, but didnt get money. Later they suspended account asking for document for verification. I send several emails to support, and didnt get answer. Because they suspend account i cant contact chat on website. Dont waste your time and money on this service!

21 casino is the worst of the worst gaming site I have ever been on. £700 I put on Saturday and got nothing not even a bonus. I won't be going back on it that's a FACT it's a total scam of a site. It needs looking in to i don't no how they getting away with it scum. 😡😡

Stay well clear from these scumbags. As previous people on here have said. U deposit money into your account and it doesn't get credited to your account. It mysteriously vanishes. Worse betting company out there. Be warned guys.

Deposit funds 3 times and it is not credited to your gaming account then you get in touch with the customer support team they ask for proof of payment you forward that and then you wait it should be the other way round casino should know exactly what is going on with your account and payment I call that robbery I await a response disgruntled customer

Do not use they let play for months then suspend your account asked for I'd and photo of bank card then still refuse now they want bank statements etc my bank statements are none of there business still refusing to pay out after giving I'd and bank card details what a joke no uk call number only email

The Worst Online Casino out there.
Tired to withdraw my money and struggled for over 2 weeks. Eventually after uploading my documents and chatting to Johnothan from their online chat team, blocked my account for breaching the terms and conditions??
I never even did anything wrong for them to block my account after I uploaded my verification documents.
They refunded me 80% of my funds and kept the different of my winnings.
Do not sign up!! Quick to deposit and have fun but extremely difficult to withdraw! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Longnstory short I won 1300£ on the slots and wouldn't give to me saying that I was a fraud!!! As if i control the online slots wtffff.

Went to the courts through IBAS and won.

This company intentionally blocks withdrawals, and often does do by contravening Licencing Condition 17 (asking for documentation at the point of withdrawal). You can report this to the UK Gambling Commission as it is a very clear breach of code.

According to a 2018 ruling, it was established that users are legally entitled to both their deposit and winnings. You may therefore also sue for these items. Good luck.

The games are good and the presenters are engaging. The speed of the games made me place bets that I might not have. I did notice that on my 3rd time of playing the live lightning roulette, when one of the presenters came on I am almost certain that it was a recording of a session he presented the previous time I played. All the other presenters although the same faces were new content though! The operation is very slick but I am doubting things now

Always deposit and never win anything more than 10% of why I deposit. These sites are getting so much better at just taking your money.

Withdrew £300 from my account on 27th October and never received any confirmation of the withdrawal. After a week had passed by, I contacted the customer live chat and was told that the money was paid and that the issue lied with my bank. After a lengthy chat, I reluctantly contacted my bank and they had confirmed that no deposit had been made to my account. I went back to the chat and yet again I had no joy and was asked to provide proof of my bank account. I have done this and sent in the information, and yet again no confirmation that my email and evidence had been received, yet again I had to use the chat feature and have now been told that the company would contact me. Another four days has passed, and I have received absolutely nothing from them, and still have no idea where my withdrawal is. It’s an absolute joke when a company doesn’t keep in touch with issues like this, and even more of a joke when a customer has too keep making contact to find out what is going on. I would steer well clear of this site, especially with the experience I am having. They have clearly not paid the money and are doing everything they can not to do so. They are pretty quick to take money once it has been deposited but hold onto funds belonging to customers if they withdraw any of it!
