Terrible experience, stole my money !
Was did clear deposit of 50€ win in slots 1500€ made withdrawal 500€ they cancelled due to missing documentation, i send them documents and and after they started to say i had active bonus and money is take from my account and putting back 50€ where they not even deposit back
There is alot of negative reviews on here,
I must say I can not fault them one bit. Once you are verified which one takes a day. Withdrawals are straight forward and quick to recieve.
I am a UK player and I have never had a problem withdrawing my funds.
They have a good choice of games and providers. Fair payouts and bonus wins.
TOOK my money, cant withdrawal my deposit beacuse of limit, after aksing for multiple documents they took my money without exact reason.
THE worst site and I can't believe they still work
I played on 21bets.com from Sweden, using my normal connection – no VPN, no tools, no bonus abuse, nothing shady. Everything worked fine until I made a withdrawal request of €395.48.
Shortly after, I received this email:
"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled... due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions: 12.10..."
They listed several general reasons, such as using a VPN, submitting fake documents, or committing bonus abuse. I have done none of those things. All documents I submitted (ID, bank statement, proof of residence) are genuine and issued by Swedish authorities.
When I asked for clarification, I got this:
"Please be informed that our decision is final and was made in accordance with our terms and conditions."
"Our Terms and Conditions are approved and authorized by the licensing regulator..."
This is not an explanation – it's a blanket excuse. They won’t say which part of the T&Cs I allegedly violated, and they refuse to provide any evidence.
This feels like a clear attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings, hoping the player just gives up. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Curaçao eGaming Authority and sharing this story so others don’t go through the same experience.
Unless they provide transparency and restore my balance:
Avoid 21bets.
abysmal customer service and broken deposits. made an account and tried to deposit. the money left my bank but the casino said the deposit had failed. contacted support and they just sent copy and paste answers stating that i made an error while adding my details and that i will receive my refund back in 5 days. just avoid and use better sites
EDIT
They never sent the refund and I had to contact my bank
So i made an account. Sendt in the papers and when my account was FULLY verified, I made 5 deposits.
At my first attempt of whitdraw they suddenly wanted me to verify my account AGAIN, even tough it was clearly verified from the start. And when I tried to verify again with the same papers they keep rejecting me and wanting me to take a selfie in my car with todays news paper😆 KEEP AWAY FROM 21.BETS.COM. #SCAMBOOKIE
It’s a big scam!
No service at all!
Don’t play here!
You don’t get your money even if you fully verified!
Big red flag! 🚩
I was fully verified and I went to draw out my winnings and they closed my account without notice I have monies I can't get too, be careful with this company
I joined the site and got fully KYC verified and got an email saying I was fully verified and can now enjoy all the site has to offer I played on a slot and one s large amount of money so decided to withdraw after waiting a day for processing I checked my account to see all my money had been voided and was told I used a VPN to manipulate the site! I always use a VPN on whatever I use online and have NEVER had a problem with any other casino plus thus casino is in the same jurisdiction as previous casino's I have won and withdrawn from whilst using a VPN I was totally transparent with the company giving all the relevant documents stating who I am where I'm from proof of address id bank cards selfie with id also they have NOT terminated my account when I asked why they said it was not needed at this time????? I have contacted the gambling commission and also another party who deals with this nonsense plus I've just started up a situation with a small claims court you can't fully verify someone then tell them they are manipulating a website I will be back to tell the outcome PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this robbing disgusting scam of s site they fully verify you then tell you you are commiting fraud I intend to fight this all the way 21 bet I hope you read this
Avoid. Same experience as below. First long verification process which ends up with some issue on terms and conditions.
Bottom line I was not able to withdraw anything and money now in better pockets for someone in Curacao.
Be very careful about this bookie. First it took ages for them to verify my account. After weeks I got a mail where they told me that they had confiscated all of my winnings. They never told me why.
The site and the odds are good but they did take a lot to pay but after some forth and back I could finally receive the money. The support is not that helpfull.
Has anyone actually been able to withdraw money?
I have provided all the verification documents stated in the FAQ, back and front of bank card, back and front of ID (driver's license), proof of address (electricity bill), and a bank statement with IBAN and BIC.
Tried to withdraw money but it was rejected and they wanted me to provide an image where I was holding my driver's license (important that it was the same ID that I had provided images of earlier).
After providing an image of me holding my driver's license I tried to withdraw money again.
But now they want me to provide additional proof of identity. This is weird since when my first withdrawal was rejected it was important that I provided a photograph of myself holding the same proof of ID that I had used earlier.
This feels like a scam to me and I don't feel safe providing any more documents. I have given them more than enough.
If this gets sorted I will update this review. Otherwise, stay away!
Apart from not being able to withdraw money the site has a nice layout and makes it quite easy to bet on several events. But what's the point of betting if you can't withdraw your winnings...
