I wanted to create care packages for my essential employees working every day to keep our apartment communities open and our residents healthy and well. Brandon was SO awesome and shipped them quickly to me and I was able to put some very needed smiles on my teams faces! Product was exactly like stated on the website and I would order again and again!

Ordered my Christmas shirts 11/21/22. Within a week, the company website went down. A week later I emailed for a status. I received no response, but did get a USPS.com tracking number with a notice from the postal system they were awaiting the package. Two weeks later, no activity on the tracking number, I emailed to request an update. No response, but got a new tracking number issued. This time, the package "arrived at a shipping partner facility." And the USPS was still awaiting the package. A week later, (now, exactly a month after ordering), the package has not left the shipping partner facility. This company is a scam and I will be filing a fraud report with my credit card.

I loved my prior order and decided to try it out again. Excellent customer service. Excellent assistance.

I ordered several products two weeks ago and they have not shipped it yet. I spoke with someone on their live chat option. All they said was "how can I help you?" Then when I said I wanted an update on my order, they kept viewing my message but would not answer me. Awful customer service and I will be contacting my bank in the morning for a refund since they don't give them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Still have not received my order and it has been over 6 months. No one will answer emails. Save your money and time.

This company is a scam. I ordered a shirt for Christmas. It took almost a month for them to deliver it on January 8th. When I asked for a refund, first they denied me and then reluctantly told me to inform them when the item arrived for a return label. When the item arrived, I emailed them and received no response. I have now emailed them 4 times with no response. Purchase at your own risk.

If I could give zero I would. They use other artists artwork illegally without the artists permission. The range of items with ' sitcom my lap and call me santa' is he of them. Shame on this company.

I’ve ordered 4-5 times from 21 Threads and I’ve always loved my shirts. The shirts may run a tad small so if you like them bigger- size up.

Cheap shirts and they don't offer returns or refunds! I didn't read all details closely so my fault, but the shirts are mainly polyester and unisex, so the small is even big. Overpriced and disappointed.

I ordered a total of 5 shirts and I am very disappointed in the sizing. I feel as if the sizes are in children sizes. The two shirts I got for my boyfriend that I ordered in a medium did not fit him and he wears a medium in all shirts. We had my 11 year old try on the shirts and they fit him perfect. So I'm out all the money I spent on these shirts that neither my boyfriend or I will ever be able to wear.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE ! THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR DELIVERY BEING 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS . I ORDERED FROM THESE JOKERS ON JUNE 6TH TODAY IS JULY 23RD STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE ITEM AND WHEN I EMAILED THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD PRINTING ISSUES AND WAS A LIL DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 ! WHEN ASKED FOR MY REFUND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME . DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! AND HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

I ordered a shirt on 7/3....and have yet to receive it. They advertise fast shipping. NOTHING of the short.

Ordered June 12th, nothing received. Emailed 3 times, no response given. This place is a flipping joke. I have to now jump through hoops to get my $62 back from my BANK when these losers should be the ones refunding me. Stay TF away from these frauds. Horrible reviews online and with BBB. Too good to be true.

I purchased 6 shirts. I received an incorrect shirt and a shirt with a very large hole in the sleeve. I reached out to their customer service department a total of 3 times before I finally received a response. This was a first time purchase for me so I was disappointed with my experience. I’m big on great customer service so I was turned off by the untimely follow-up; however, I was happy my issue was addressed. With improvements I would consider purchasing again.

I ordered shirts with bogo sale & still nothing! I emailed over 30 times nothing when I call it goes to voicemail they blocked me on fb & I can’t comment to let people know how much they suck. I was told I would get my items by July 4th now my colors I picked is on back ordered which I changed my colors weeks before. I told them I’ll get ahold of lawyers if I don’t get a refund. I also reported them through fb to be deleted

I wish I would have done my homework (like I usually do) before ordering. Did the BOGO and only 3 shirts arrived. Tried the online chat, twice, with no response. Voicemail box is full and has been for days. Disappointing and a total rip-off.

Terrible customer service. Waiting 6 weeks for t shirts.
They've deleted my reviews on Facebook and blocked me from commenting.

Horrible company and I believe they are a fraud site. Telephone number goes to voicemail and no one will repo d to me emails.

Order was suppose to ship in 3-6 days. It's been 2 weeks. No order and cannot get a response from company.
