My experience is very bad today morning i diposit 1000 I all ready send mail but no reply still no response from there side

Scam avoid at all cost you can’t withdraw money they are scammers

Hey guys,
I am fed up of these guys and writing a review after 3 of my deposits pending from past 1 month and getting same old repeatative replies from these guys, i have screenshot of eveything and these guys keep repeating that my deposits are in review and i will recieve it soon..from past 1 month same replies. Total value of 40000.00 inr has been stuck here... i strongly recommend you guys to not deposit a single penny here.

I sware i will never trust these guys from now and ll recommend you guys to not even look at this website now...i used to play a lot here and was very good...but now in recent past 3 months i have made more then 20 deposits and in which 10 deposits took 7 days to arrive and 3 deposits are gone and 7 or so deposits were on time. Hate it now.

This website has completely become a scam. I have made multiple deposits where the money was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my gaming account.
Every time this happens, they raise a so-called “query” and after some time they simply reject the deposit and ask me to contact my bank, even though the issue is clearly on their side. My bank has already confirmed that the transactions were successful.
I have sent them many emails and also contacted their live chat support, but every time I receive the same copy-paste reply. There is no real help, no proper investigation, and no resolution provided.
This behavior is nothing but harassment of customers. Now they have started doing the same thing with many other users as well, which clearly shows this is not a one-time issue but a pattern.
I strongly advise everyone not to use this website. They are taking money from users and not crediting it to accounts. Please stay away from this site as it is no longer trustworthy and has turned into a scam.

They dont even repond or send me the same thing to wait. Worst betting app so far for me. Not recommended or forget your money. Thank you.

I only play slots and live games. The site works well, payouts are good and customer service is mainly quickl. The 2 reason I’m not giving it a 5 star are 1. They will send me an email with bonus offer and when I deposit the bonus isn’t there, they applied 2 of the bonuses but not the other 2 they promise, it’s not the worst as I don’t always like to do play through. 2 they could use some other slots providers like Playson, All41 and few others but otherwise selection is quiet good. I don’t like that I can’t enter a bonus code because normally casino will tell you if the bonus code is applicable- here they send you promos I deposit with few hours and it’s ain’t there , so a little bit of trust is gone with that.

Hello 😢 . It seems, after reading the reviews, that I am the hundredth person (or more) who has been defrauded by this betting platform.
Everything started like this: I made my first deposit at the request of a certain user who sells betting tips on Telegram, who asked me to create an account on 22bet.com / 22bets2.com, claiming that I would receive a discount on his subscription.
Okay, I did so, using my Mastercard debit card, and I deposited 200 euros on 02.12.2025. Everything went fine at first — I managed to place bets, but I lost the money.
Then I decided to deposit another 215 euros. This time, I deposited the 215 euros via instant bank transfer through the payment processor CHAIN VALLEY.
After the deposit, I noticed that the money was not credited to my account. I contacted them via live chat support, but nothing was resolved — only empty talk and no solution.
After 48 hours, I contacted my bank, Sparkasse, and they somehow managed to credit the money directly into my betting account.
The third deposit is where the show really started… I shouldn’t have made it, but well, my mistake — I already had a red flag after the second deposit.
So, on 24.12.2025, I made the third deposit of 280 euros using Paysafecard. I thought I’d relax a bit on Christmas Eve, maybe get lucky 😒, and the deposit was instant via Paysafecard.
GREAT — but then guess what… I cannot place any bets at all. Exactly that: the platform does not allow me to place any type of bet, for any amount — nothing, absolutely nothing.
I contacted their “wonderful/magnificent” support 😅😞, and they told me that my account needs to be verified and that after that I would be able to place bets.
Okay. I contacted security@ 22bet.com by email, sent them all the requested documents, and they told me the documents would be processed within the next 48 hours. All communication with them and the sending of documents took place between 11:50 and 18:00 on the day of the deposit, 24.12.2025.
And that’s when the “fun” began. Christmas passed — I wrote to them via live chat and email, and they replied in an almost robotic way, saying that my account was still under verification 😕.
New Year passed as well, we entered the new year, and I contacted them again via chat and at security@22 bet.com — same replies every time.
At some point, a manager named Yanna also contacted me by email, saying that I am a VIP client (which is not true — I am not a VIP client; I only made three deposits totaling 695 euros). It felt like an attempt to calm me down, but her response was exactly the same as security and live chat support: “Please be patient, your account is under verification.” The same broken, repetitive reply over and over again.
And here we are on 26.01.2026, when I am writing this message — still nothing.
SO I AM WRITING IN CAPITAL LETTERS:
STAY AWAY FROM 22BET.COM / 22BETS2.COM. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SCAMMING PLATFORMS.
They operate under regulations/licenses from Curaçao. Everything you see related to gambling platforms licensed in Curaçao — STAY AWAY!!!!! 😒
