Non-existent support, bad quality prints, long waiting shipments.
3 years ago I bought a hoodie from this brand and the quality of both the materials and the prints was great.
Recently, I ordered 3 t-shirts because I trusted the brand, but after an unreasonable 1-month wait, I noticed several serious issues.
The print quality is extremely poor and completely different from what was advertised. One of the shirts looks unintentionally sun-faded, as if it had been sitting near a window in a warehouse collecting dust. Another shirt has badly cut graphics, as if the background was poorly removed using an automatic tool in Photoshop.
I contacted customer support asking for a refund, but received no reply for over 2 weeks. The support service is essentially non-existent, and the “hassle-free return” policy is misleading.
I had to escalate the situation through PayPal just to get a response, and even then, they did not reply directly. Eventually, they accepted the return only via PayPal, but I was forced to pay for shipping myself (€25 for items that cost €85 in total).
This is extremely disappointing. I used to like this brand, but this experience makes it feel like a complete scam.
