Never got a confirmation email, order never moved has to dispute the charges

This is the second time I got a t-shirt from 22press and as with the first the quality and customer service is excellent, would recommend

This guy is a complete cowboy. Nearly 4 weeks for delivery and then the wrong size comes. Just ignoring all emails since. Don't waste your money

Never received the item I ordered! Calls not answered, emails not answered. Avoid at all costs.

Wrote 22press about 8 times now over the course of 3 weeks, no response whatsoever. Message was read. Bought a custom hoodie that I'm super disappointed with, image came out way smaller than the website example, super blurry & just not great quality overall. Customer service is non existent. Their website claims to give hassle free returns if you're not satisfied with the outcome... meanwhile 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply? They're not sticking to their online policy, let alone even replying, so now I have to proceed to take further steps to claim my refund back. Ridiculous.

Ordered over two weeks ago and STILL HASNT SHIPPED. I’ve been trying to get answers from customer service and their replies are slow and no follow up has actually happened. I will be seeking a refund, which is a shame, because that T-shirt that I ordered was meant to be surprise for my friend after she finished an amazing achievement. Very disappointed.

Really nice service, easy communication, quality product. I have 1 remark though, the print was a smaller than expected, I used the design tool on 22Press website and it looked bigger.

Great customer service, brilliant quality of item received. Quick delivery as well. The I ly suggestions I'd make is:
1. It's not obvious that the order isn't finalised at first. Maybe this could be amended visually.
2. A tracker for the delivery (when to wxpect the item) would be handy.

Just suggestions though. Overall, very happy.
