This store is disgusting
This store is disgusting! I needed a computer mouse as a gift. I ordered it on their website because they offer express delivery for an additional fee, and the package should arrive within 1-2 days! I needed it urgently because my birthday was in 3 days. When my child's birthday had already passed, I wrote to customer service that I no longer needed the mouse and wanted to cancel the purchase. But customer service said I could only cancel after I received the item and sent it back. In the end, I received the package only a week and a half later. I sent it back, but they didn't refund me the full amount, charging me 59 sek for the return! They refused to refund the full amount. Therefore, I think this store is deceiving me by claiming express delivery. Don't order anything from them if you don't want problems!
