Placed an order in November got in touch after Christmas to be told 3 of the items weren’t in the warehouse house so I was refunded for them and told the rest was shipped this was on the 17th of January but nothing was received and the order couldn’t be tracked . I have sent numerous emails and had no response

Order something and a week later just happened to notice my money had been refunded. No email or explanation as to why. I emailed them to ask what happened and could I re-order and never got a reply.

Contacted regarding my order. They confirmed it hadn't left the warehouse after a week of waiting, no explanation to why. Asked could this be sent out first class as they've messed up and the item was bought as a present, to which they agreed. Waited for confirmation of dispatch, no email came. I contacted them again, they didn't respond. I waited longer then asked for the complaints proceedure, no response.

Purchased a DBZ Frieza statue from here for an awesome price, was delivered faster than expected and product was perfect. Would buy from here again without a doubt.

Friendly service too having spoken to staff via email.

Purchased 2 Funko Pops, one had a badly damaged box. I emailed them & was told a replacement would be sent, but nothing arrived.

I recently ordered a Pop from here, it was a great price. The item came in perfect condition and it was well packaged. Delivery was good. Would use this company again :)

Great company. I was apprehensive about ordering from this company as I hadn't heard of them but they were really good. They have fantastic items for great prices and actually stick to their word regarding delivery. I would definitely order from them again.

I wasn’t sure if this was legit and was hesitant to order at first but thought I’d give it a go, since I have ordered several items. The prices are ridiculously cheap and all orders arrived within 3-5 days of ordering them, I would definitely recommend and I will be regularly ordering more.
