I would just like to say the service we received from Russel while searching for our new home was second to none. From day one he he was very professional and patient as he was aware this was our final home and by the end he knew which villas we liked and which we did not.
When we finally found our forever home he was always available if we had any issues, which we did have a few with the seller but Russel was always at the end of the phone and would always try solve any issues and always kept in touch to make sure issues were solved.

I first met Mark from Easyads at the A Place In The Sun exhibition in Manchester in 2019. I kept getting approached by pushy people who were trying to get my interest in whatever properties they were selling. Then I came across Mark who really listened to my requirements and explained the Easyads "all under one umbrella" approach. I also discovered how much more you can get for your money in the South Costa Blanca region as opposed to the Costa Del Sol, with easy public transport from the airport if required.
Due to various factors I was only able to fly out on an inspection trip in July 2020 but in the meantime Mark kept me in the loop of the situation in Spain by regular phone calls.
When I did manage to fly out for my inspection trip it was everything I expected and more. Taxis to and from the airport, as many properties as I wanted to visit - some from my own research and some from his as he knew what I wanted and equally what I didn't want. I had delicious meals each day with no pressure from Mark to settle on any particular property. When I did find the right property Mark seemed as delighted as I did with the property and price that he managed to obtain.
I then got taken to the Easyads office to meet others in their team should I wish to take advantage of their management service.
I have no hesitation I recommending Mark and the other members of the Easyads team that I met who gave me outstanding service throughout a fairly lengthy process

From the first time we opened the door to the office to the completion of the sale this was a very enjoyable and painless process.
We were walk ins after seeing a property on a board outside the office. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the lovely Wendy Gould who talked us through the company's processes and took our details and asked us what we were looking for.
Misa Pavlovic who, as it happened, had the unenviable task of taking us out in a one in a hundred year storm came and joined us at the table.
Over the next few days we were shown properties covering every aspect of what we were looking for until we found the one that combined them all. Nothing was too much trouble for Misa and the team.
Once we had decided on the property the finance side of the company was introduced to us. You may be advised to use independent agencies from the estate agents but we found this to be totally unnecessary Paola and her team were fantastic. The process from start to finish was very professional.
As I have mentioned this was the week that brought the worst storms and flooding for a hundred years to the area so when all and sundry were shutting up shop and running for the hills Misa and Wendy helped us out.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Easyads / 247 Casas and especially Misa and Wendy.

I took this option because of access to many portals, the walk in tour, guaranteed feedback and the professionalism of the staff. You have to be diligent to drive up here. They were. Now we are up and running. I Hope to have a sale in due course. Paid 999 euros in advance because of the above and hope to review the sale in due course.

Couldn't fault Easyads. Russell Aldridge helped us find our dream home. Not being familiar to the Costa Blanca area, we gave him a list of all that we wanted in a house and a criteria of what the area had to offer. He came up with exactly what we asked for. He was very supportive, even when we were having second thoughts about the area, he kindly showed us other areas and helped us come to the decision that the original area was the right one for us. It certainly was, we love it here.
During our search we never felt rushed or pressured. We did everything under the one roof, currency and solicitors. Paula couldn't do enough to help us, she was so kind and caring.
We consider Russell and his wife to be good friends.
If we ever had to move we would certainly use Easyads again.

We used this company to originally look at different areas last year and view different properties to get a feel for sizes. But to our delight Russell Aldridge managed to find our new forever home.. The company were brilliant and helpful all the way through even with using a solicitor.. Due to the help of Easyads (247casas), we would like to put it on record that we have just completed the most stress-free property purchase, viewing a property on 3rd August 2020 and completing on it only 24 days later, on 27th August 2020, and that includes dealing with international law, a different currency and COVID 19.

In no small way, this is majorly down to the professionalism of one man – Misa Pavlovic.

A great e-mail conversation was engaged into for a few weeks prior to our visit to Costa Blanca, ensuring that the correct planning was in place to make the limited time we had to view properties as efficient as possible and also allow us time to enjoy our time in Spain.

Collating information and suggesting properties that would be of interest, based on our criteria, and as a result, fine-tuning the shortlist and understanding our likes and dislikes to the “T”.

Right from our collection at Alicante airport, aided by precise instructions given by Misa, he was welcoming and informative. He pointed out the places of interest and made practical suggestions that certainly helped our first time visit to Orihuela Costa a lot better.

He assisted us with making connection with the agents of our own sourced accommodation in Torrevieja, enabling us to gain access easily. On the way to our accommodation, he took us to a supermarket to get food essentials, as we had arrived on a Sunday and could not check in until after 16:00, so local shops would have been shut.

Shortly after picking us up at the airport, we had lunch by the sea and he gave us a map and information on the properties we were planning to see and informed us about what was going to happen over the next four days.

With prompt arrival on all touring days, and clear and concise information about the areas visited and places of interest in each locale, our visits were made easy. He included a map and daily route matching the itinerary of the places we were going to view. Everything was precise, which is the way we work, and fortunately, contingencies were also put in place, which worked in our favour.

Each day on our property tour, when we stopped for lunch, Misa would recap the places viewed, if we liked or disliked, and for what reason, and discussed the ones for possible revisit. He allowed us all to discuss the pros and cons of each property and he would listen to our likes and dislikes and to our requests.

When assessing the properties and locale, Misa would come up with sometimes obscure, but helpful, information and practical questions we did not think of to ask the vendor, for example communal fees and other aspects relating to each property.

Misa also assisted us with negotiations and advice needed when we decided on a property to progress with, giving us all the information and introducing us to suppliers and to his colleagues to deal with every aspect of the purchase efficiently and speedily.

He generally went above and beyond our expectations and requests and we are truly confident that we can deal with such a gentleman in the post-purchase period, and beyond.

We put our house on the market two years ago with local agents and to be honest we lost all faith, after completely giving up hope and having our confidence knocked so many times we found easyads online, right from when the first visit to take the photos they took we could see they were amazing. Three months after listing with them amist the coronavirus Robert brought a viewer withing three weeks, we were signed and sealed, so easy, no problems and got my asking price, we were obviously very nervous due to past problems with agents and poor Robert just took it in his stride he really really helped us through a very difficult time, and made it completely stress free.
