We’re sorry that you had an unpleasant experience using our service, but please notice that it was not our fault. You registered a personal account, but a SEPA transfer was sent from the third party’s business bank account. According to our rules and policies (which you accepted while submitting an order) we have the special identification requirements for transactions made from the third party’s bank accounts (i.e. paid not by the client directly).
When we received the transfer from the third party, additional identification “step” (company verification) was automatically added to your account. It was proposed that the transfer was sent from your company, and we asked you to confirm that. Most likely because of your English you didn’t understand our questions properly, although they were absolutely correct. After we determined your relationships with the sender, the payment was immediately cleared.
To be honest, we don’t understand some parts of your complaint. Why did you write about 14 days? We have never stated something like that. By the way, your payment was cleared in the reasonable time, even though you sent a transfer from the third party's bank account. You reported the SEPA payment on April, 11. We received your transfer after 2 hours and asked you to complete additional verification. On April, 13 you provided the required documents. We checked them and accepted your transfer the next day. We want to point your attention that your language barrier (you wrote some messages in Czech) made our communication harder.
We appreciate any kind of feedback. But we don’t agree with your complaint, seems that you’re not objective, and the facts listed above confirm that. Anyway we constantly work on improving the quality of our service and will do everything we can to prevent such incidents in the future.

I was registered about few weeks ago with promo. I was one of 50 persons who got 50% discount within 50 days. Now I'm using my debit card on this website and regulary buying bitcoins. My limits were increased already as I made a request. I was impressed by such individual treatment. Good work!
