Test kit did not arrive until my 6th…
Test kit did not arrive until my 6th day of my isolation. From Friday 24 September, I had my symptoms- which I updated my NHS app - app is saying my last and the 10 day of my isolation is Monday 4 October. This NHS track and tracing - with late pcr etc… told me to isolate until 10 October which is 18 to 19days of isolation. I am well, tested negative, exercise like a bufalo but grounded and have no help from overall- Government website, local council etc.
Cannot do the food shop, cannot go out and who will pay my bills NOW …

I wished I checked the review before purchase. This is day 2 and no trace of kit , no email or tracking number. Been on the phone for over 2 hours and Still kept waiting. I should just assume it's not coming. They should be flagged up on gov.uk as being a scam company. £114 down the drain

Would’ve liked to five no stars!! We are visiting UK for three days and ordered tests from 247 HomeTesting. We have not received the tests, a confirmation mail but no tracking info and there are no contact info on their website!! Among the complainta here I found email to someone called Jason. Guess what? He hasn’t replied!!! Stay away!!!!!!
Testing kit didn't turn up
Ordered a Day 2 testing kit for a client arriving from the States, which has not yet arrived. I've also received no email with a tracking number or confirmation of dispatch, so can only assume - based on the rest of the reviews - that it's not going to arrive. Mainly posting here in a desperate hope to get an answer from the company...

This company is a scam! Never delivered the kit for 2nd, 5th and 8th day! I can’t even reach their customer services and the reference I got said delivered. What kind of service is that! Where was it even sent? I need a refund asap! Don’t recommend.
Truly Shocking
Shocking. Neither my 2nd or 8th day test arrived. I tried to contact their customer service - no one picked up the phone. I emailed and got a response over a month later telling me that I wasnt due any refund because there was a mistake on my address.
The mistake is 100% my fault - I'll put my hand up for that one - but is it acceptable that I am not able to contact the company within a month ? I called to find out the problem and their phone line rang through.
Absolute disgrace and I will be reporting them to trading standards and initiating a chargeback from my bank.
How on earth these guys managed to get listed on the government website I have no idea.
Probably owned by one of Hancocks mates or something.

Ordered Day 2 and 8, payment error "gateway failed" but card was debited with the money and no covid tests received at all.
There is no way you could see the contact number from the website.
Tried calling them on phone finding SQ NL Clinic, the name appeared on card transaction, long waiting, had to spend 40 mins and finally had to stop the call.
3 emails sent, No response to emails at all.
Going via card company to get the refund.
If I would have trusted them I would have never received any test kits on time. Never trust and do business.

Rubbish, ordered 2 Lateral flow kits, 1 arrived on time the other arrived 5 days later, we had already left the country, good job we ordered from another company, awfull customer service avoid ,,,,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are not overstretched. It 100% is a scam. I used them back in July and paid £250 and never got my tests or my money back and I have checked reviews on trust pilot at least twice a month since and it’s just constantly the same issue. I can’t believe they are still managing to get away with this for so long it. It actually makes me feel sick. Can nothing be done about this? It’s disgusting!!
Rubbish company, rubbish content
There in fact is no 24/7 helpline. "Contact us" links on their website just take you back up to the top of the page. Kits cannot be activated without Royal Mail tracking number which - of course - arrives on externally affixed shipping label, and is often scratched.

I ordered day 2 and day 8 tests, they arrived in my mailbox next day. Instructions were very easy and clear. I got my results back very quickly. Thank you so much for a great service.
No idea where my kits are
I ordered day 2 and day 8 tests and they didn’t arrive and I didn’t get any tracking info via text from Royal Mail. Tomorrow is my Day 2 in the Uk and I can’t call the company because there is no number online.
The only good thing was getting my PL number straightaway but now I don’t have the tests I paid £99 for.
Useless
Useless. Order a day 2 test which still hasn’t turned up and I’m now on day 3. Call them to find out where it is and am on hold for stupid amounts of time still with no answer. Would I use again, no!

Hi, do you provide the passenger locator form number (PLF) for international travellers from amber list countries once they pay for day 2 and day 8 tests?

Unacceptable result. You don't know what you're doing
How can you send a PCR result saying is inconclusive and after some time you sent another result that covid is detected .
We do not believe your results because we have done several swabs and is negative.
