SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE!!! They bully and rip off old people! They have charged my mum over £740. Guy originally wanted over £900!!!! Do not use this company. They have taken all her savings. Absolute scum!!!!

SCAMMERS WHO PREY ON THE ELDERLY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CONNED MY 78 YEAR OLD MOTHER OUT OF £700 TO UNBLOCK A DRAIN. HE WAS THERE FOR 1HR 30MINS. MOST OF THAT TIME SPENT ON THE PHONE TO THE “OFFICE” DEMANDING MONEY! SCUM HOPE IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD KNOWING YOU HAVE RUINED AN OLD LADIES CHRISTMAS

Please do not use. I nearly had a similar situation. I rang up, and something on the phone didn’t feel right. Whilst on the phone I googled them and saw the reviews Al changed my mind halfway through. They lost with me. Started calling me all sorts. A near miss thanks to these reviews.

Similar complaints to everyone else - Outrageously high charge for half an hour fixing of firealarm even though out of hours. The electrician said he gets 50% of the charge which was over £800 and which I negotiated over the phone, an unpleasant man, down to £660. They insisted on a bank transfer, presumably so there was no cc protection. According to Citizens Advice there is no law to deal with this type of rogue trading so cannot be caught by Trading Standards.

They are a FRAUD

More important, not sure whether their electricians are even qualified for the job they are doing in your house. Safety is another important point to consider before you decide to call them
Customer service is also appalling when you raise the issue of the job not been done according to any standard

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They are a big fraud. They force you to pay in cash so they donot get tracea of payments to them. Run away please. Their so-called head office customer service is appalling. They charge £60 callout fees and try to do the job without agreeing a total cost of the work. Then when you ask them to agree cistinf first they left without doing the job they started and still charge their callout fee plus whatever amount they want to charge for the job. If you let them do the work without agreeing cost, they'll charge exorbitant amounts and add this to their callout charge where you'll have no chance to dispute/arrange. If you do try they ask or challenge why you need to agree costing before the work is done, they'll ask you to contact their customer services and when you do, the guys on the phone threaten with debt collectors. They lied about what was agreed inutially on the phone and when you try to question, they use intimidation and lies about things you did not agree on. If you try to ask about their complaint procedure, they blatantly refuse to provide this information and their website does not have this information.
Furthermore, they have provided False reviews about their services on their website, but when checking trustpilot you'll find the opposite of their services. Very awful and disgusting customer services. The guy on the phone was very rude, dishonest, was very insultive, naive about British laws and values and uneducated about customer services responsibilities.
They are not fit to be UK company and should be taken off the Web.
I am taking further steps including reporting these guys to the police for checks.

Promised an hour came after 6 hours and then charged £460 to unblock a drain. On the phone he never discussed a price close to that figure. All he used was a rod. Do not use this company.

Charged £316 to come out and turn stopcock outside house.
That's it.
Nothing else done.
You'd be better off taking a bath in on your kitchen floor.

Very bad company. I wished I never called them. Charged £432 for less than an hour. Please avoid them at all cost. They are not even worth 1 star ☆. They don't deserve a star at all. I wished I read their reviews first. Even the plumber told them to cut the price that the material he used cost about £12, the man on phone refused. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

I rung the company on their emergency call out number on a Saturday afternoon to fix a fuse that was broken. An electrician turned up 30 minutes later and gave me highly misleading and incorrect information about my fusebox which had been installed by my very reputable builders. When it came to paying for the replacement fuse, they charged me an additional £ 356.00 emergency attendance call out fee which they never informed me about when I rung them - just their hourly rate charge to fix the issue. I was left having to pay their emergency call out fee and was told by the electrician I wouldn't have been told this when I booked the job ! However, he told me I should write and then reclaim it from the company. Having emailed their Manager, Mr Anthony Todd, he refused to reimburse me this cost and then hung up.
Do NOT waste your time or money with this company as they are a complete scam and I only hope that social media will expose them for what they are and for their total lack of reputation management.

Do not use unless you're desperate. The work was fine, but it was only after they'd finished that I was told that they were charging £345 per hour for an Emergency hourly rate.

They are smelling cowboys !!!! They want to charge me for replacing one circuit breaker £580. Insane price, please stay away from them if you don't want to be robbed!!!

Company recommended by my landlord after a leaking tap. (We're students.)

He shows up, attitude immediately to my roommate. Gave her stick about "does no-one in this house answer the phone?". She was the one who called, so evidently we do.

He's here for 20 minutes, easy fix.
I was across the hall in my roommates room, he says my name as I had tried calling him back so he had my number on Whatsapp, but he wasn't picking up the call. At first I though it may have been spam as we had tried a different plumber prior to this so I was expecting a call from him, not this guys number.
Proceeds to say, "Oh so now you want to answer me?" This was AFTER the job was done and he was about to head out the door, so he was just being rude to be rude.

I've seen other reviews about the cost, luckily it's not our concern as our landlord covers it. But just avoid, you're letting them into YOUR home and they act like they own the place. Place is run by bullies.

They are a cowboy company £474 for a half hour call out to fix a stop tap which I paid for a new one and they put tape around. How you can support this company when I have not seen one positive review. I’m still waiting for my invoice. Said he’s reported me to the police for being angry but no reference number and sending me copies of the phone call still not arrived. I am now taking my complaint to CAB. Not a company I would ever consider using or recommending.

I recommend do not use. The gentlemen who turned up, Matthew was from Kozovo. He was helpful and attentive to sort out 2 sockets on the wall that was gone. All other sockets were working order and lights. Having spoken to him. He called his managing Director Anthony. Very rude,intimidating and down right arrogant. Intimidating me on a cost of £285. Just to replace 2 sockets. When I stated its too much and can't get hold of the landlord. He than started speaking very intrusive behaviour. Intimidating me to the point I cut the phone off him. He called the engineer stating, why I put the phone down. He made demands you need to pay £49 to the engineer and sent an invoice of £134 for just a check. I stated to him I will not pay a penny. He made threats that he will instruct bailiffs. I said call the police or your bouncers. Do what you wish. He was very rude. It shows me that the staff working get intimidated by this type of ruthless boss. Do not deal I have now made a complaint about this company to rogue traders and also to trading standards. Keep well away from this company. They make prices on the visit and its not the electrician. Its the damn managing director. Be warned tldo not use. They try to inflate prices at weekends. Even though Matthew assured me he was in the area. Matthew you are a star your managing director is an arrogant person. He needs to get a life. He just after money. Remember you reap what you sow. Do not use under extreme circumstances. Do not try to intimidate the vulnerable. Do think kindness in people is a weakness. You got what you asked for.

Please do not use this company. A horrendous experience. Felt extremely intimidated and scared in my own home. As per other reviews quoted a fee which was agreed and then fee increased by other £400.

DO NOT USE! I had a plumber come to fix a small leak and a pressure problem. When arranging on the phone I was told £50 call out fee then labour would be added on top after the job was done. The plumber was here less than an hour and we were charged £400. I understand emergency call outs have extra fees but that is a joke! The plumber called his 'boss' to confirm the charges when finished and I was made to transfer the money directly to the plumber rather than a company account. I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of. Alarm bells should have sounded when the phone number to call came up as an ariels company on my phone.
