Signing up for stock notifications doesn't really help
When I first looked at the Web the item was out of stock. I signed up for notifications on availability. When I checked back on the Web a few weeks later it was available again and I ordered it. About a week later finally got the notification that the item was back in stock.

Non-existent customer service
Bought one of these bottles for my son, lovely design but unfortunately their lifetime promise isn't worth much.
My son's bottle went rusty on the bottom, I have now emailed the company four times in the last two months, and the company can't even be bothered to email me back.
Atrocious customer service, don't bother.

Its a great product, no weird or metallic flavors, very very light, even with water in it, and it keeps the heat of the liquid inside it pretty good.

Fantastic products
The website and the customer contact is very efficient. I received the urban bottle as well as the tumbler and love both, they are definitely leak proof and durable. The lunchbox is also great. The protective rubber on the cutlery set is very fragile and tears easily, before using it it already tore, but the customer service was so helpful, I have no complaints.
