Only been playing on this casino for a few weeks and so far I LOVE IT! Ive won more then I lost. One thing I learned from another online Casino was NEVER ACCEPT THE "WELCOME BONUS" OR "DEPOSIT MATCHES". They make you wager ridiculous amounts of money before you can pull out money.. and have such stupid rules to confiscate bonuses. I lost out on 2700$ on a different casino because of this. From then on I never play or accept those promotions. I played 24 casino with " promos off" and ive had ZERO problems getting money in MINUTES! I did have one issue that really pissed me off when I was betting low and went from $30 to almost $200 I always do "auto spin" and all of a sudden my bet was at 4 DOLLARS PER SPIN! I lost pretty much all my winnings. And I didnt say anything to support because how do I prove that?! But yea I was PISSED! Other then that.. GREAT casino! Lots of fun, I play my favorite game for hours. So to anyone wondering.. or new.. dont accept bonuses cause you gotta wager stupid amounts to get your money.. and ALWAYS WATCH YOUR BET!!! 24 is definitely my top 3 online casinos tho! Wager 3200 eur.
When its time to withdrawal sum of 1650 eur they out of a sudden find a rule that says I wasnt allowed to play bets more then 5 eur.
Absolute SCAM!!!!!!!
No proof of my bets played of more then 5 eur per spin.
No evidence no nothing. Just like that they declined my deposit which I have fairly won. They just put me back to that 120 eur balance and said try again dude.
Will be seeking legal advice and going through your website's rules and agreements.
As I havent played a lot with the more then 5 eur bet. And 99% of that ammount was wagered with bets less then 5 eur.

Been a member of 24Casino for a year. Was reasonably happy until I tried to log in yesterday and found my account to be disabled! Contacted chat and was informed that it was 'the administration's decision'. No explanation, no information. Im certainly not in profit at this casino - deposits approximately 700 and withdrawals 550 approximately. Casino users deserve better. Plenty of much better casinos out there...AVOID.

Casino welcome bonus lets you only withdraw money equal to 5x received bonus amount. After completing wagering requirements i won about 2000euro and they confiscated everything over 5x received bonus. Even though the it was made with cash balace after wagering. People, there is 1000s of better casinos to put your money into. Avoid this one at all cost!

The casino took my money, but refused to open an account. They have this trap for you where you have to FIRST deposit, THEN MAKE AN account. If they have you blocked(which you have no idea of) they take your money but DON'T LET YOU FINISH the account.

After a weeks long discussion with the customer service they finally agreed to return the money they took with false pretences. Needless to say not a pleasant experience with these "cheap casinos".

I deposit more and more for a good cashback… and on the cashback day they ask me „ no we dont give you a cashback“

On the day of the cashback, support said I wouldn't get any cashback, even though I get an email every day saying the cashback week is about to end. And I get a message from support saying my cashback will be available at 6:00 PM.

I deposited 24eur to this casino to claim the welcome bonus but i couldnt play the money because i had cooling off limit going on then i asked support if they could help they said they will remove it in excactly 24 hours from the moment i contacted them then 24 hours gone by i asked from support then they said it cannot be removed and i need to wait 6 more days so i could play but then i asked how could i even do my first deposit to the casino if i had a cooling off limit then they send me an email about money refund and closed my account i have filled the form they have sent me but havent received my money back... and i cant contact trough live chat because my account is terminated. I dont recommend playing on this casino they let me deposit didnt let me play any games then took my money.
