Best service provided came on New year's Eve and completed repair price was great compared to every other companies on site quotation would recommend to anyone.

I used these guys in 2020. Great response time and turned up when they said they would so it was a good start. Changed the glazing in my window but after they left, I felt quite ripped off. I'd been quoted £120 by another local glazier which I think was fair as it was a simple job, but they had a long wait time so I called 24h Glazing. These guys gave me a big story about how complicated the job was, it would take a long time etc. Since they were on site and I wanted the job done, I reluctantly agreed to their £300 quote. In the end, they were in and out within 30 mins (so it wasn't complicated at all) The finish wasn't particularly tidy, they left smeared sealant and broken glass for me to clean up. Can't help but think if my husband had been at home, the negotiations would have been different. The bank transfer was to one of their girlfriend's accounts which seemed a bit dodgy. I've read other reviews where people have been happy with the price so perhaps they just take advantage when they have a soft target. Having said all of this, the glazing is still in place over a year later so no issues there.

I accidentally broke a Transom Window above a front door at a property I was working on the exterior of. It was very short notice, but the guys were extremely helpful and accomodating... they gave me an excellent price for the window and came and fitted the new glass within a few hours. I am eternally grateful, and over the moon at the service I received... I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Came in to reseal window frames, did a terrible job, all frames scraped and scratched, charged £300 for the poor workmanship and stole my brush (but left the dustpan).

Mark was brilliant - really helpful and really quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Good experience , helpful with suggestions about repair , also the specific type of glass needed for the repair seemed difficult to find but it was found and fitted the same day.

I had the pleasure to have some repairs completed by Mark, he communicated very well to me throughout the whole process, from finding his company to completing the job. He was professional and gave me options. Was very impressed with the repairs and customer service he provided. He was accommodating and was extremely helpful. I will definitely use his services again in the foreseeable future.

Quoted 200/300, then quoted 200 cash. He arrive and quoted 370 because he was surprised the door was wooden when it was quite clear in the photos. Then said it was an old sort of glass so it would take him an hour and a half to fit the new type of glass. The glass looks completely the same and he was gone in 30 mins but we just wanted it done so paid 350.

Get a set in stone quote from them. He did a good job but the messing around with quotes and dodgy explanation means there's a sour taste in the mouth.

Super company they came out straight away, very friendly would defiantly use 24h Glazing again and recommend to anyone that needs glazing also adjusted my door Free of charge. Thank you .

Had an issue with my patio door, called and spoke with Mark, arranged a day and time. I loved the fact the company was local. Arrived on time, all I can say is 10/10 - EXCELLENT PROMPT SERVICE. Problem was resolved in less than 30 mins. I know who to call if I ever have any glazing issues again.
