Boiler service was completed. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I've always found them to offer more flexibility than some of the larger gas companies.

Had a replacement water conditioner fitted. I was very happy that the company allowed me to source the product for myself as it was cheaper than their quote. The fitter arrived on time and took his shoes off before walking on the carpet - I was impressed; no-one in my family does that! He was polite, thorough and efficient. Left the kitchen spotless. Very happy.

Great service and quick to come out

They advised to keep an eye on water temp fluctuations for a few days and came straight back out on the same day when one shower was playing up.. too much limescale in the system… the team were great will be using again!

Reliable & Trustworthy
A great team. During a complicated refurbishment, Scott and Miller inherited a previous plumbers installation. Quick to evaluate the system, they explained the works needed, were reassuring, calm and super professional. Their back office team are no less efficient, particularly Sam, who worked quickly to find parts to prevent delays for other trades on site. Nothing was too much trouble, they exceeded expectations are reliable, trustworthy and competitively priced.

Fantastic prompt and professional plumbing services to prevent water leak from loft tank.
Engineer attended the same day was very polite explaining the problem and replaced faulty part straight away resolving the issue there and then. Excellent thanks 24 heating!

They are always on time
They are always on time, polite, very efficient, tidy up any mess when job finished. Makes sure everything in working order before leaving job. We have used them for a good few years, they fitted a new combi boiler in our loft two years ago.
