I got caught too folks

I ordered cable ties from Jinzhou Network Technology Co. last August. On tracking the order I saw that that the parcel was 'delivered' but the person who signed for the order is unknown to me. I contacted Jinzxou and they promised they would send me a new item. It still hasn't arrived. They have been fobbing me off saying that because of covid things are delayed etc. etc. Finally I contacted Paypal . I was expecting Paypal to do a serious investigation and to come back to me if they needed evidence of my contacts with the company etc. But, folks, I was naive. I received a reply from Paypal saying my appeal was rejected as Jinzxou 'confirmed' the parcel was delivered and no further investigations are to be made I presume. Oh, and I won't be buying anything from Facebook ads any more.

Left in limbo completly wrong when you feel PayPal was secure.

It seem sas if this is a pattern of a regular scam. Numerous emails and phone calls to PayPal, Yodel and the supplier. Yodel informed me that the item I had ordered had the wrong tracking number, so went to the wrong address? How come when ordered through Paypal? Still awaitng response from the supplier. Never again.

Scam. Shame in Facebook and PayPal to be partners with this scam. I have bought an item and it come a toy.
I thought PayPal will secure my payment. But it is not the case. I will never buy anything from China, until I get what I order.

Complete scam - do not go anywhere near!!!

Complete scam! I ordered a sweatshirt that never arrived. Despite numerous emails with the company, they continued to fob me off with excuses like 'the item is in customs', 'we're awaiting the tracking number' etc etc. Escalated to PayPal but they were provided with a shipping number that said the item had been delivered. I never received it but PayPal has closed the case! I shall be taking the matter up with my bank. I want to see this company closed and removed from PayPal!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid for a riveting tool. Never received anything. Tracking number goes to someone else. PayPal should part ways with this fraudulent company. Working with my bank to get my money back.
Buyers beware of this scam.

I have been scammed by this company

I have been scammed by this company. They took £47.99 from me for a coat, I paid via paypal. The coat never arrived but they have scammed me and Paypal by showing them some sort of delivery proof which is also a scam as they often post a small item to prove posting has happened. This company should be found and shutdown. This is theft and Paypal have failed to protect me.

This is a deep state funding scam that facebook continually use in order to steal your money and prop up the deep state. They have stolen over 440million this year doing similar campaigns using what look like great products at reasonable prices but infact are a foolproof way of stealing money from Facebook users with little in the way recompense and no items are ever dispatched. Facebook cannot be trusted in any form of selling like this. You may think I am talking sh,it but I have spent 5 years researching this fraud and should be releasing the facts and proof very soon. The main beneficiary of this fraud has been the biden campaign and the Liberal elites control.
Please avoid this company

SCAM & FRAUD

SCAM. Did not receive anything.
The HERMES trackingnumber that the sender gave to Paypal was a different address and another recipient. Just the zip code was the same.
A quite new fraud method from China... by JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED
Until now Paypal seems to support this fraud and does not protect buyers...

Too late by the time you read this but....

EDIT: I now have my money back from PayPal. For those in the UK (who have fallen victim of the tracking scam), the PayPal Disputes Team have access to Royal Mail's Tracking Assistant, so you need to ask them to check with Royal Mail whether or not the item was delivered to your actual (full) postcode or not. Once they find it wasn't, they will refund you.
_________________________

I'm aware I am preaching to the converted here, since only those who have been scammed would have a reason to google the seller's paypal address and come across this review site, but I just wanted to add my voice.

The scam exploits international delivery tracking; as confirmed by Royal Mail a few posts below, the tracking is genuine, in that the seller ships an empty envelope to a random address in your postcode area. Bingo, the item shows as delivery confirmed. PayPal side with the seller when they receive the tracking information.

However, PayPal have been alerted to this scam (I have linked them to this review site in my correspondence) and they can also see from their records how many 'item not received' disputes they have had for this email address, which should in itself should be a red flag. So the real crime is for PayPal to continue to refuse refunds and to continue to allow this seller to have a PayPal account.

I suggest anyone who has been scammed by this seller adds their experience here, and links to this review site in their correspondence with PayPal, in the hope that eventually PayPal will have to acknowledge that this is a huge-scale scam, ban the seller and refund all customers who did not receive the items they paid for (in good faith) with PayPal.

Luckywhile. Shops are purely a front

Shops are purely a front. Paid for goods via PayPal. No goods are received. False tracking information is given. Skimmed from genuine couriers given tracking for random item to completely different address and recipient. This is used as proof of delivery to prevent a refund being given. Be very aware of websites advertising goods and too good to be true prices. Total scam.

BIG NETWORK SCAM ON FB

BIG NETWORK SCAM ON FB
UPDATE: PP ISSUED FULL REFUND after forwarding Royal Mail email proof of non delivery.

I have 3 claims being appealed with PP regarding 3 purchases (SCAMS) from China that are using FB to scam hundreds maybe thousands of people just like me in the UK and USA

They involve JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LTD who in all 3 cases was the company who received my payments It has shown up as FELISITY then later JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LTD.

Peekachill
(Raincoat) 14 aug 20

Cowcute
(2 linen dresses) 12 aug 20

YoursRose
(Winter coat jacket) 29 aug 20

This morning I saw another AD for the same raincoat being sold by Luvpear so they are still operating on fb. In the summer I noticed at least 7 different face names selling the same items so they are operating on a big scale and after seeing their pages today on fb, I see they are operating out of several countries across a wide network and as I found out on Friday with Royal Mail, they are using UK contacts to post possibly empty envelopes to random addresses in the buyers post code so that it shows the item as being delivered.

FB & PayPal have a duty to keep users SAFE. This is not happening. Please STOP these fraudulent criminals.

Just sent to PP:
My PP claims were denied as the 3 tracking numbers showed items were delivered. However following an investigation by Royal Mail Customer Service on Friday 6 October I have just now received their email CONFIRMATION THAT THIS PACKAGE WAS NEVER RECEIVED AT MY ADDRESS (along with two other claims/packages against the same people). I was told by RMCS that the seller had plucked 3 random addresses from the Postcode area that were NOT MINE in order that the delivery would be shown as delivered by my local sorting office. RMCS then asked me if it was a letter as it was recorded as being lightweight and may have even have been an empty envelope...of course I replied all 3 purchases were items of clothing that would not have fit through the letterbox. These people are still operating on fb and I shall be reporting it to fb and actionfraud uk as I’m sure hundreds or more have already done.

Have no idea where they got tracking number from. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMRRS.
