What a fantastic service
What a fantastic service. Thomas was excellent and overcame the many obstacles my builders had put between him and the pipework. Thank you for giving me back my hot water.

No use
Attended to investigate concern re low pressure. Advised us that no problem. Charged €190 for weekday call-out. No labour.
Different independent plumber 24 hours later diagnosed issue with a valve, fixed it on the spot.
Go elsewhere if looking for experienced, knowledgeable plumber.

Quick, efficient and professional
Quick, professional and very efficient. Highly recommend. Needed a replacement of the pump. Plumber came 2h after my initial call, showed up on time, with all needed parts to complete the job. Did quick assessment, gave diagnosis and started work. One hour later new pump was installed and running.

Upstairs toilet leak - Job No. 20560
Had an issue with a leak from a water pipe feeding into the cistern of an upstairs toilet. Water then leaked down to the ceiling below causing damage. Contacted the guys and Darren arrived promptly and fixed the issue. Fantastic service

Within about 20 minutes of me calling
Within about 20 minutes of me calling, Thomas was at my door. I needed a new water tank in the hotpress and Thomas was back first thing the following morning to install it. He was quick and efficient and fixed the shelving in the hotpress to accommodate the new fittings. I was delighted, no mess to clean up. Reasonable price, but overall it was the speed that it got done that impressed me

Excellent service from start to finish. My shower pull cord had broken, and I contacted 24 Hour Plumber for assistance. Thomas Lacey and the team were able to arrange for someone to come out the very next day, which was greatly appreciated.
The plumber who arrived was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the faulty pull cord quickly, and the entire job was completed within an hour. My shower was back up and running with no issues.
I was very impressed with the prompt response, quality of work, and overall customer service provided by Thomas and the team. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

Quick call out to blocked drain
Quick call out to fix a partially blocked kitchen sink. It was organised from one day to another. They used a pump, hover and a metal cable to clean the drain. The water was flowing down much better after this.
