Avoid by all means
This is by far the most ridiculous online experience. On July 10th,2025 I ordered 100 rolls of stamps using their website. We are talking about almost a $thousand worth of purchase. Almost instantly I received an email stating that I should be expecting my package within 10-15 days. A month later the package didn't arrive. I started looking for a customer service to talk to. I sent multiple emails to the 2 emails listed under "contact us". One of them is not a working email. There is no phone number to call to, and their online chat bot doesn't work either. Eventually I stated sending them emails daily threatening to give them bad reviews on a social media. They have 8 five start fake reviews on their website. I was trying to leave them 1 star review just to get attention, guess what, it's impossible to leave a review unless you received a package. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING AT THAT POINT!!! WHO CAN I TALK TO?? HELLOOO!!
Eventually, around September 10th (2 months after my order) someone responded though email. Sorry, you package was lost during the shipment, we are sending you a replacement. 10 days later I received 20(!!!!) rolls. Excuse me, I ordered 100 rolls, where is the rest?? Same thing, no answer, no apology. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking to buy stamps online, use other companies and avoid this company by all means
