Bad customer service, I don't recommend this company.
They sent me the wrong parts and refused to help me, I ordered 2) A2-C3 flanges and they sent me 2) AC-C3W flanges they told me they don't carry A2-C3W flanges wich is what they sent me. They are blaming me for the order and are not helping me out. Now I'm stuck with 4 Flanges

They sent me 2 sprinkler heads, one of them without security guard. When I called notify them about it, guy asked me hundreds of senseless questions and pictures 👎🏿

Dented product, Delivery did not allow proper inspection
The item was delivered and I was told by you that I have to inspect it before I sign for it. The delivery came (it was raining) and I asked to remove the box so I can inspect it, he told me NO, and that I can inspect it from looking into the box. He was nasty. As it turns out, the tank is dented in the middle and I was unable to see that just by peering into the box from the top.
