Adam is a fantastic consumate professional who went above and beyond to install a new lock.

Did a very good job and on time

Total con. Do not use. Lied to me about price. Told on phone was £55 but when he came out charged £89 for call out £289 to do the lock and another top with bill at £600. Tip off. Do not use them

Used to take us 5 minutes to get into the front door, but thanks to Raul its all fixed and easy again.
Turned up within the hour after we called and was a nice chap who dealt with the issue efficiently.

Absolute scam. Agreed price over the phone was £69. Arrived to the simplest house lock - unnecessarily drilled it - and then asked for £600.
Incompetent, ignorant, appalling criminals.
A kid could pick that lock in 5mins. No questions asked, drilled, price skyrocketed.
In the end they ask you to sign a paper that says the price was agreed prior to their arrival over the phone. Do not sign, report immediately. Garbage.

Alex came to my rescue yesterday evening after I lost all of my personal belongings on London public transport and couldn't get into my flat. He arrived with 15 minutes of me calling and was extremely empathetic. I offered to pay him more as a tip and he declined. Good people still exist, thank you so much Alex!

Quick response. Polite, professional and friendly, Adam came to my aid a few nights ago when I locked myself out. His solution was efficient, damage limiting and reasonably priced, he sorted me out within 10 minutes. Thank you Adam. Defo recommended.

Absolute bait and switch pricing - tells you £55 on the phone and then when the guy arrives it's £49 call out charge + £289 + VAT = £405 to take two minutes to drill out a hole in the lock.

Completely powerless to say no unless one wants to wait out in the cold for the next locksmith to arrive...

Absolutely apalling experience with this company and their employee called Mono. I called them during daytime to open an inside room door lock. I was told the charge was 45 Pounds. The locksmith arrived, said it would cost 185 Pounds. I said that was too expensive so he started to negotiate at 150 Pounds. He said he would check the price with his company for the price and pretended to text on his phone which he didn't. I needed to get into the room so said yes. He made no attempt to avoid damage but started to drill a hole. It took 3 minutes. He then asked me to pay 190 Pounds. I said but you asked for 150 Pounds. He answered if you pay 200 Pounds I put a new lock in and fix the hole. I rejected and insisted on 150 Pounds. He left behind a mess. During the entire interaction he was rude, dodgy, pushy, trying to push me to pay more. Horrible .Do not use this company.

Absolutely brilliant job by Alex. He came right on time and finished the job pretty quickly.
