Please stop our contract!

The worst company ever.
We got cheated by a salesman who promised us a system to easily check all the document for a safe hotel.
We had to sign a contract without having the possibility to test or see how the system works.
Once got the system working in the hotel we got a bad surprise. Many documents are not recognised by the machine. Like id from many countries. New driving licences get a score of not valid document, so you never know if the document is really real or fake.
As nothing was working they tryed to make the system working at any cost. They suggested us to use a tablet and with this tablet the receptionist had to go away , hide somewhere and interpretate if the document is real or fake. We asked how can our front office desk interpretate without sending away people that in reality have a perfect document. they replied, oh you just have to feel it . How can our receptionist with a full desk hide away and leave the desk alone to interpretate something unclear? Come on! Is this serious? All this at the cost of 150 € per month for 3 years. Without tryial period!
We kindly asked to stop the contract as is not good for us, no reply for long time, now we get a fine to close the contract of 3000€.
Be careful with this company as they are selling a product not 100 % reliable.
What a shame.
