Had problems with the license sent by mail, and they connected through AnyDesk and installed a new license.
They response time was like 10 minutes including the fix. So reaaaaally fast.

I've used these guys a number of times, they are extremely helpful and never had any issues - would highly recommend.

I bought a windows pro key but that did not work. only I chat and via teamvieuwer they looked what the issue was. on the end of the day the update was not run as it should. with fixing this the key did work!
