Service as I expect
Order was delivered without any delays, even though it was shipped from abroad.
I had an incident with the plastic part that broke, but the product can be used. 24mx offered a very generous discount on the product if I kept the product. That is a far better solution than sending the product back for replacement (as usual solution in Czechia). Very quick response from the staff. I am very satisfied.

Please keep in mind that the delivery time is estimated and we can never assure you that your parcel will be delivered on time since it is in the carriers hands.

Almost everything was great
Almost everything was great, fast delivery and good prices, also good packed (inside), unfortunately package itself was kind of damaged, but it at least held in one box. - This is NOT fault of 24MX, but DHL/PPL delivery.. (Don't remember who was delivering it, so rather check the package when you receive it, I was not at home at the moment)
