I recently brought a petrol can from…

I recently brought a petrol can from 24mx that had an auto filler, but it is completly useless and unusable, it leaks petrol all over the bike, but unfortunatly its so much hassel sending anything back to this company, i have just decided not to bother, and to not use them again in the future. It's a shame as i used to purchase a lot of items from them.

It’s such a shame to have to write this…

It’s such a shame to have to write this , as 24mx.es have some nice products!
But how any company can expect , customers to place orders in good faith, the only notification you get is the order is placed! Then there is a MASSIVE breakdown in communication from anyone! All deliveries take weeks , with no communication from there courier what so ever!!!! The tracking option on 24mx website does not work, stating your delivery is on its way & never updates! Then the courier tries to claim you weren’t in , when they tried to deliver? I was most certainly in!! But the reviews of the delivery company, say the same!
So unfortunately, 24x delivery service is very broken , if you wish to place an order??? Stand on the driveway of your house for the next 3-6weeks , in hope someone may ??? Turn up with your delivery, if not they’ll just say they did anyway! This level of service to customers is no way acceptable!!!!! It’s a shame to have to write this , but that process is to painful & dishonest for me to use every again, hopefully there will be change for there customers? We live in a world of COMMUNICATION & DELIVERIES! 24mx.es with there chosen courier what, MUST COMMUNICATE TO THERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Very poor service

Very poor service. It has been impossible to receive my equipment. There has been no response to my messages, the expected delivery time has already passed, and there are still no updates. I am now trying to get my money back. This company appears to be a scam I strongly advise others to avoid it. No tracking number, website doesn’t work properly.

SHIT show!! Stay away!!

SHIT show!!! I have tried since november to get my two packages and still nothing. I have spent countless housrs trying to get the packages. And when I ask for a refund, the givet it on my smallest package, but "forget" my most expensive package. And the still charge shipping even if it was never deivered STAY AWAY!!

Very poor service. Half of the order is missing. I have sent all information to Tim and asked for a refund. No attempt,No reply,No refund !!!

Still haven't received the order

Placed the order on the 5th of June estimated delivery between the 12 of June and the 17th of June. Delivery company is GLS and I am still waiting for the item to be delivered.

I have not received the helmet but I can not contact any customer service regarding this. The company that they use to deliver say they have been and phoned this is incorrect when trying to find out where the package is via delivery company was provided with premium number to call which cost over 30€ still no delivery and no answers

We will send you the details of the delivery office so you can go and pick up the package. This has not been delivered after multiple attempts and you were not available for delivery.

You will lose your money and your items

If for some reason you need to return any item you will get a lor of troubles because is doesn't work at all. You will lose your money and your item. Will be a double loss and they do nothing to solve it and the representatives are very incompetents.
