It’s Fraud

It’s Fraud, they keep calling in the beginning to convince you that they are the best in the market and you gonna have an account manager who gonna guide you and help and tell you and when note good to trade but the moment you open an account and you transfer your money into it someone will call and tell you go ahead and trade then in 24h you lose all your money and one one will care from 24option no account manager will call or even answer your requests of help.
This base on my personal experience

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Avoid Avoid Avoid. This company is full of scammers. They will promise you that withdrawal is free and you don't get charged. It's lie. I deposited £250 and without using when I withdrew it came as £204. If I had an option then I will sue this company but for sake of £46 it's not worth. I can only advise, just avoid these scammers.

RECOVERY IS SCAM HERE! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE!

Usually I do not write such review that this I wanted people to be warned. I myself became a victim of fraud here in investment markets several times (SternOption as well)

24OPTION told me they would make 200% in 2 month so made me invest 50,000EUR having called me every day, which was a biggest mistake ever!

I thought I would leave some fund for my children after I am gone, in reality got frauded and stupidly scammed with nothing in my pockets.

Here I found some people that allegedly got some money recovered, wrote them down and it costed me 10.000EUR. I was to foolish to believe that somebody is gonna recover my money. NOBODY BUT LEGAL ENTITIES CAN!

Fortunately I have a friend of mine that lives in London who recommended me to ask special Fraud Squad (it is a international Cyber Police Department). They of course verified my story and asked to providing all the details which I did. In exchange during the investigations they found 24Option headquaters (Poland, Warsaw) and real names of some managers that called me.

I kept in touch with them through governmental e-mail (contact(at)fraudpolice(dot)co(dot)uk) and phone. Process took over 2 month and I was able to get my money via bank charge back that required a lot of documental work (which fraud squad kindly did for me). Though I had to pay UK Bank fee of 11%, I was able to get almost 90% of all my money, so I wanted to share it with you so you do not get trapped as I was.

Disgusting customer service..

I opened my account a few months ago and after a few months of trading I was told I can upgrade to a gold account with greater benefits, all I had to do was deposit more, so after a few months I tried to withdraw my funds and was told that I needed to send proof of my cards to them, due to me losing one of the cards, they said that I needed to get proof of this and get an official letter from the bank stamped, I explained to them the bank don’t offer a service like this but I showed them a statement with the transaction on it and I also showed them proof of the transaction from my online banking app, the advisor who was dealing with my query, after explaining to him and asking him for a soloition, he said “if you’re done telling me your life story, can I speak now” disgusting customer service and the company are withholding my funds because they know I am unable to access them at this time.
They have offered no solution, this has been going on for almost 3 weeks and no one has offered to resolve this query.

Scam

Scam, scam, scam!!! Everything sound good until you pay deposit and start trading. No one ever mention that they charge every month for maintenance fee (just £110) and even for for inactivity £80 !!! Avoid those thieves!

Shady

Shady. I created an account and they said it was £250 minimum deposit, I put in £100 and they accepted it not problem. I was unable to continue to go through with the trading and I needed the 100 back to which I was told I would be charged 50 EUR. I didn't verify my account and was hounded to verify everyday. They charge you 80 EUR per month for inactivity and maintenance fees all of which was not shown to me when creating an account.

Just dont't

I have been looking for a reputable broker. Please, I implore you, this is not it. They are shady. I had an issue with my card being verified but was in another country. Long story short, i had 2 account managers and both wanted me to invest more while also failing to mention the monthly maintenance fee and fee for inactivity. My account was wiped clean before i even got a chance to trade and they simply pointed to the "we can do that option" when contacting customer care who was sarcastically being sympathetic toward me.
Where as I honestly could have read through more thoroughly and made sure i knew all of the behind the scene transactions it is also very deceitful to try get me to deposit more money while this issue was going on that they were aware of. On that note, RUN!

They refused to return my money as I…

They refused to return my money as I had not verified a bank card I had lost. After not returning my money, whilst trying desperately to sort this out they took all of my money, and said they had the right to do so. Do not!! use this broker ever.

66 % of account on fees

I opened a small account on recommendation of a signals provider, saying 24option was his preferred broker, (I have no problem with that) but within 3 months I was hit with 66 % "maintenance fees"? The account manager has been very insistent on me adding in more funds to trade but not explaining the "maintenance fees". Won't trade with them again.

I recommend 24option!

I am surprised by the large number of inaccurate reports on TrustPilot.
I expected better from such a reputable site. I will not comment on other review but instead only on 24option which I have personal experience with.
I see a lot of recent reviews (last 30-90 days) with horror stories about people loosing money trading binary options with 24. The strange thing is that 24 has not been offering binary options for more than a year now. They stopped the product completely and only offer Forex and CFD trading. So what's up with all these fake reviews? If you read them all carefully you will notice that they are just promotional posts for legal firms trying to get you to use their services to get money from 24.

So after my little rant above, here is my review:

The customer service of 24option is really good and quite helpful.
The platform is OK, not the best in the industry, but has a good selection of products to trade and it's always accessible which is the main thing.
I was able to deposit and withdraw funds on multiple occasions with no issues. Only delay i faced is when one of my documents was older than 6 months and had to re-submit. This caused a couple of days delay with one withdraw but quite normal for a regulated firm.

Don't believe all the hubris ... this company is very good. Do your research.

24option review

I am trading with 24option and learned a lot from a year of trading forex with them. I do enjoy attending free webinars so I could understand forex trading better. Right before I engaged into trading the risky world of forex, I made sure I read the detailed our24optionreview.com review because it helped me appreciate stock market numbers and figures better.

Really bad customer service - dont care about customers and will rip you off

I signed up for this a while ago, but never had time to play with it. But, a very helpful man called Mohammed rang me on a day where it was good to start thinking about certain trades as they are likely to be changing etc.. etc.. He was very clear that he is not telling me to make any decision - but 'now is a good time to start' type of thing.
So, we setup the account properly over the phone but I could not get my documents to them on that day.
Unfortunately, I was away working alot of the time so struggled to find time to finish this off.

Then, a very unhelpful lady called Amanda Smith contacted me, saying they had closed my account, the funds were on the way back to me and they were taking £50 from me because I had not done it in 15 days.
Nowhere did anyone mention this 15 days and to add insult to injury, we were on the 15th day ! I signed up on the 11/10 at 16:19 and today is the 26/10 and it is not 16:19 yet - so in simple mathematical terms, 15 full days is not up.

I will NEVER deal with these again and going by other comments, I am not the only one - but the choice is obviously yours

Don't you dear!
I wouldn't give 1 star rate if I don't have to. dont you ever even open a demo account with them.
I am the most stupid person in the world that i opened demo account with them before i check the reviews. they keep calling and forced me to make deposit and i made sure if there is any fees or any charge when you make deposit or withdraw she made me sure there no charge or any fees for the first week with gold account, after I made deposit of £XXX then i read the online reviews i saw everyone complains about the withdraw money that was make me suspicious then i decided to request withdraw my money but they were making problem and delaying after a week they were returning only 56% of my deposit I still have the record of the conversation with 24option when she made it clear there is no fees or charge
