Ordered online
Ordered online, didn't get any confirmation. Had to chase them down what was up with my order. Got some excuse about technical difficulty.
Asked my money back - was ignored.
Then like 2 weeks later got the first product delivered (out of 2) with some dumb excuse letter the other product was not available (no such mention on their site). And then like 3.5 weeks later, after again having promise of money back for the 2nd product they delivered the 2nd product.
By then I didn't need either of the products no more.
Worthless service, worthless provider. Don't order here.

My order was incomplete
Before buying the products, I checked that they were in stock, I ordered in advance and paid. When I received the box, my order was incomplete and they left me a piece of paper in which they told me that this product was not in stock. I am a bit disappointed since it was my first time shopping on that page, I will not buy there again. You should update your website so you could avoid many disappointments in your customers.
