I love this company

I love this company. The shopping experience here feels luxurious. You buy an item and you are informed all the way til it comes to your home. The packaging is beautiful, and the returns really easy. It's unbeatable for me. The only thing that made me give them a 4 star is because the sizing is not accurate. I purchased two Max Mara coats and the sizing was supposed to be good according to their size guide, but they were very small.

I didn’t receive the parcel till now. And the parcel station is incorrect, I don’t know even where to pick up my parcel and I don’t where it is. The tracking information is incorrect.

Horrible Shipping & Service

I placed a significant Christmas gift order on December 18, with delivery originally scheduled for December 22. As of December 30, it still has not been delivered. Customer Service has been unhelpful, so I will be contacting American Express to dispute the charge and request a reversal.

Highly recommend this company

I was a little sceptical about ordering from France for delivery to the UK but I needn’t have been. My item arrived within two days and was in perfect condition.
I ordered a stone island jacket which was half price to what I could get it for in the UK. It fit perfectly and looks lovely.

Last time shopping here

I spent over 7k and the shipment is delayed due to their written explanation of goods. I have emailed the company and there is no reply. Let’s see if I even receive this shipment…buyer beware. Customer service is awful for a luxury retailer.
