So I would give 24S 5 stars but I deducted a star because a number of the the items I want to buy are cheaper to be posted to Greece than Cyprus so I have the trouble of sending them to relatives in Greece and then they have to send the me to Cyprus which is a pain and I don’t understand why ! Apart from that the service and everything else is excellent and I have no trouble.

AWFUL SERVICE
I was bought a bracelet from this company which broke very soon after wearing. We sent the item back to them which was made by Le Gramme. It has now taken SIX MONTHS to get a resolution which is also not acceptable. We have been dragged through one of the worst customer service processes imaginable and it took lawyers to resolve. Do not bother wasting your money with company
