Tony was very helpful. Our school is looking forward to the products arriving so they can wear their spirit gear.
After speaking with multiple sales agents, I was assured my lanyards would be here on time for my event. After calling and being put on hold for 20 min, a new sales person informed me the lanyards were never approved and were out of stock. Although no email or phone call was given to inform of these updates. It is now 2 days before the event and I am stuck with no lanyards. Don't waste your time with these guys.
On 7/22/2014 I placed an order for wristbands. I was informed within the hour that the colour I wanted was out of stock. After suggesting several alternate colours which were listed on their web site but also out of stock, I asked that my order be cancelled and the rep confirmed. Rather than void the transaction, they allowed my card to still be charged and it posted to my bank the next day on 7/23/2014. On 7/28 when still not credit appeared I talked to my bank who said that if the order had been cancelled it should never have posted but that I needed to talk to the merchant before initiating a chargeback. After a LONG hold for customer service, I was informed that they had just processed the refund 30 minutes earlier. This company charged me for product they didn't have and never intended to ship (the order was cancelled) and then held my funds for a week before processing a credit. As of today 7/29/2014, the funds still have not been returned to my account. Customer service was unapologetic and didn't care that I would never again return or attempt to order from them. Worst customer service experience I've had in some time.
