Terrible service - book a return journey for £35 which gets confirmed. They call an hour before the booked time and tell me it’s actually £50. What a scam.

I had family visiting from Canada for my wedding just outside of Braintree, and I needed to arrange several taxis for them as they didn’t have UK phone numbers and weren’t familiar with the area. I booked a range of journeys with this company, from early morning pickups at 5am to multiple late-night taxis around midnight, as well as some midday rides.

Everything went smoothly. The bookings included groups from 2 to 8 people, and also a couple of long-distance trips from Braintree to Southampton. Every ride was punctual, the vehicles were clean, and the drivers were all friendly and professional.

I paid for some journeys upfront and others on the day no issues either way. Honestly, the whole experience was stress-free and seamless from start to finish. Paul Wotton was a great help making multiple bookings as the requests came in before the wedding. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT service. Such a delightful cab company to book your holiday airport transfers. Not only we're both cars spotless the drivers on both occasions were immaculate, polite, friendly and would not let me touch my cases. They did everything for us.

Regarding the cost, in my opinion the fare was extremely reasonable, especially when you consider Stansted Airport charge a whopping £7.50 just to exit!
I can't praise 24/7 enough. Thank you.

Always the best. I always use 24/7 for my airport run. Have done so for many years. Probably not the cheapest, but the newest cars and most reliable well manerred drivers. Well done.
