Overall very great experience
From the beginning, responding the request and emails were very adequate, then the delivery time, it arrived very fast, and I guess the main creative and interesting thing for me was the packaging and little cute messages in the packaging also the the seeds for planting. Very slow delivery on goods/ no info / updates
Very slow delivery on goods, took over 3 weeks to arrive and was SENT BY DHL parcel , and charged 50 for the pleasure, Carded at 18:15 saying not home, yes that correct we are a business, goods delayed another day and these where on DRY ICE. Good where from 3rd Party old labels not removed etc

We sincerely apologise about the slow lead time on your product. Unfortunately, there were major lapses in communication from our supplier. Our sales team were trying to get into contact with them daily, seeking an update on the status of your order but to little avail. Additionally, the lead time for your product was longer than we would’ve expected and the lack of feedback from our supplier only hindered your order further. We apologise for this, and we will investigate this process going forward, to prevent this issue occurring again.
We rarely have any problems relating to our couriers and are shocked that the integrity of the product was put at risk due to a delivery time so late in the day. We will be contacting our couriers to see what can be learned for the future due to this experience.
As a champion of sustainability, we prefer to keep many of the original labels from our distributed products rather than replace them with our own branded labels. This helps us reduce the environmental impact of our operations while upholding the integrity of the original product.
As a result of this experience, I understand that our sales team are looking into what compensation is appropriate for you. Expect to hear from us soon regarding this.
