Deceptive promos, good seeds
They sell good seeds, which is the only reason that they got a two star review. My big complaint is their deceptive promos. I purchased several individual seeds when they had a 5+5 promotion going on, however there was no information to explain how the promotion actually worked. I searched all over the website and even tried to get info from the support tool on their page.
When I received the seeds and realized that they did not honor the promotion, I reached out to customer support and they were somewhat rude to me (Jordan). They basically made it sound like I should have known that I had to buy five of the same seed otherwise the deal wouldn’t be honored. If you plan on buying seeds from them, don’t do it based on any advertised promotions. They use promos as click bait and don’t like to honor them.
I will say that their seeds seem good compared to other companies. Both seeds that I started germinated quickly and look very healthy so far.
