I both 1 year bitdefender total subscription for 5 devices, from 2go software, for less then half offered by bitdefender price.
Easy activation( activating 2nd subscription-not replacing original one, so do it on very end of original subscription and move your devices to the new cover from bitdefender central web)

I was desperate when I realised that my BD subscription had expired. I frantically went online searching and luckily found 2GO Software whose prices were more than competitive and their service I found was excellent. An excellent company to deal with and highly recommended.

Just to make it clear, my original posing on 2go was not gratuitously critical. I conducted a detailed study and discovered numerous postings from people who had also failed to find the ‘cancel auto-renew’ on Bitdefender.

I became ensconsed in a feedback loop after being informed the auto-renew facility was located in the ‘my subscriptions’ section: it wasn’t and I checked the ‘my payments’ section, with a similar experience. These were checked and checked…….numerous times.

I discovered – after further investigation – that Bitdefender hosts an email address for cancelling. In the meantime I had wasted the best part of the day attempting to solve the problem.

There were numerous other issues, including the question: why does one have to provide one’s CC card number (for the second time) in order to download the Bitdefender software in the first place, if it isn’t for ‘auto-renew’?

I’ve awarded 4* for the courtesy of the staff who were attempting to deal with the problem. The speed of response was incredible which is why I’m baffled when the inclusion of the Bitdefender email address and removal of the CC card details to Bitdefender would have solved the problem.

A full refund has been promised.

The company requested that I remove my orignal Trustpilot review. I haven’t, because I want evidence in the event that Bitdefender charges the sum of £64 when the renewal time is due. I removed Bitdefender immediately after I couldn’t cancel the ‘auto-renew’.

Way cheaper that Bitdefender and immediate delivery of the activation code. Excellent!
