Just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. Your system is confusing and I can't make head nor tail of any of it. Your help line doesn't seem to exist and I'm fed up with the whole rigmarole. I'll never attempt at using your company again and I advise anyone who is not a computer geek to do the same

Waited 30 hours to receive my order after paying
After paying 100 EUR for a gift card, my order was put on hold without any clear explanation. I had to contact support myself and spent 30 hours waiting for my order to be "approved". Wouldn't recommend using this service for purchasing gifts.
