I recently purchased a ticket for an S3 or 15k cash with amazing odds on 2nd City Comps. Only 3k out of the 7k tickets were sold, so I thought this was worth a punt on the 4.99 ticket price. The draw date had pasted, so I checked out the site to see if I was the lucky winner. Sadly, with no notice at all, the draw had been extended by 3 days and to make it worse, ticket prices were slashed to £3. I was fuming, as this had happened before with these guys. I checked the small print and unfortunately, they do state that draw dates may be extended, so there wasn't must I could do there. So my advice is, stick to the bigger sites WITH 100% guaranteed draws or unless you don't mind a site with 100% NOT guaranteed draw dates, this site does deliver the goods................ eventually.

Advertises insane odds then the Draw for s3 EXTENDED. extensions seem to be common for this competion company from the negative reviews. People are gambling thier hard earned cash for a life changing prize and once they have paid they confirm this and expecting a draw when the timer for the listing ends why not think about thier family's also instead of just thinking about your own . This company are gambling they make enough sales to give a way a car and tech and cash prizes with the countdown ends and when they list it on the site . This is very misleading many people bought tickets due to the low odds on the day the listing was due to end only for it to be moved to Monday for the extra ticket sales if you couldn't take the 15k+ loss you shouldn't be running a raffle site and should expect losses in this line of business . No I wouldn't like the loss but then I again I'm not running a raffle site I know I couldn't take the loss. When you voice your opinion on Facebook they remove comments and block you.... people who want a refund now have to wait 3-5 Working days. 👎

I've been playing for a while with no luck. Just thought I'd give it a go tonight and managed to walk away with a car for 99p. Quite surprised by the phone call telling me I'd won as I really wasn't expecting it.

They are a bunch of cheats and liers, they contacted Trustpilot to removed my previous negative review as being not genuine they know exactly who I am and that I have proof of playing on their site. Can't take honest critisim. trying to get honest reviews revoked ina disgusting manner!!!

Do you deem all negative reviews are spiteful? Anyone who gives you constructive critisim takes time out to write reviews is deemend to be spiteful? instead of appreciating their honest opinion and doing something about it? You can check I am known heavily in the online competition world. I work in the field of Digital Analytics/ Customer Experience I have consulted most of the online competition companies on how to make improvements from the feedbacks I leave them that they have now doubled their followers and regular players. You call people like this 'spitefull'?

Great competition, great guys and very fast at responding to messages. I just won the cash draw and was put straight in the bank. You have to be in it to win it, wish you guys luck for the future

My experience with the 2nd city guys is a pretty darned good one.

Cash, tech, and cars amongst there prizes.

You expect to win, of course you do, we all do, but there can be only one as The Highlander movie states!

However, sometimes there are 2 or more winners as they do runner up prizes on some competitions.

Took me a few months till I was lucky enough to win not one, but two competitions in one weekend.

Its legit the 1st thing I've ever won anywhere.

I can't believe the negativity of people winners are randomly chosen clear for all to see on live draws. I do not know the guys who run 2nd city or have any connection to them and have entered many times and won nothing and also several times I've won. It's all luck of the draw. I can say that Connor has called me to advise me of my wins and been social and congratulatory. My prizes have arrived promptly and have made a huge positive impact on my life. So THANK YOU GUYS. And for those individuals who aim to scuttle 2nd City desist from the unpleasantness, the site and what it says is legitimate and above board.

Won a PlayStation received with days of winning was called within 15 mins of winning to be congratulated. Excellent service.

Definitely not a scam just an honest family business that also have personal lives and obstacles to deal with like most people who feel the need to leave bad reviews to hurt their business!

Ive played a few draws on two different occasions. I don't have Facebook so Im not able to view the draw live. It would have made all the difference if they could stream the draws on YouTube similar to another competition I play (I won't say the name) out of respect however if you could add a YouTube channel for people like me who don't have social media, I think that would draw alot more people in. Anyhow the first time I played, I was notified through email of the winning numbers. However the second time, again I was waiting for the email to give me the winning numbers in order to cross check. I know they call the winners, however for peace of mind and since we can't fully trust modern technology, i think the buyer has the right to check the numbers personally. As I didn't receive an email, I wrote to the company through the contact page on the website at the begining of the week asking for the winning numbers. I did not hear back from them and was forced to write again a few days later. Again, no reply. Ofcourse this is why my review was left. The only emails I receive are promotion emails to get involved in new draws, yet I've still not received a response to my question. The process did not feel intimate whatsoever. In any case the stars I had given are for a simple quick platform. Easy to purchase tickets with a good explanation and simple information regarding each prize. From my personal experience, communication, notification of winning number and live streams are the reason for the review. I hope the company grows as I am a big supporter of entrepreneurs and love to see people succeed. However a little disappointed at the moment. But who know, this might change and I may give it ago in the future.
