They are DBA adaptpowersports.com and are very inept and childish manipulative and gaslight their customers by telling them they don’t understand how shipping works and they have more important customers and then start threatening their business with bad reviews. So you’re damn right I will go to every extent to take these people down in the public eye after the way they treated me. Not smart to do when I have an email paper trail and you guys don’t answer your phone and admit that you marked me as spam after you took my money and didn’t ship me anything. They (she) wants to say they shipped me something and i should say thank you…… but you know damn well USPS hasn’t received the item 3 days after you said you shipped it. You approach that with “clearly you dont understand how usps works”…. I have been in logistics for fastenal company over 20 years. Get over yourself. The item was advertised as 2 to 3 business days to ship and six days later I get screamed at by some overweight troll with the attitude of a 13-year-old girl

Scam two weeks after the order was placed they tried to hit me up with $30 extra for shipping

Has an unique way of communicating with customers who ask questions. If you don’t like sarcasm or smart a** replies, definitely use a different company.

I needed a gasket for my 35 year old motorcycle. 2wheelpros website said they had my part. Ordered it, paid immediately.
Received a confirmation email that the gasket would be in my mail room within x amount of time.
X amount of time goes by, no gasket received. Contact 2wheels and inquire what gives.
Receive an email stating that my order is being processed and that they didn't have the part on hand (although their site said it was in stock).
Asked how this could be and when I could expect the part that they already processed the funds for, and was told, and I quote, "if every customer was as misinformed as you, we wouldn't be in business" and "our company will not be interested in doing business with you in the future."
