A dream, an idea, a concept to encompass all things exciting, 
304 was created by three friends, who met at University,
 now living out of apartment 304.
 The Plan; to have a summer to beat all summers; from festivals to holidays, to festivals on holiday, 304 was created with an idea of standing out. After numerous nights out discussing ideas, numerous nights out NOT discussing ideas, days lost to cutting out letters,
 hours of ironing, the first handmade vests were produced. Numerous emails and messages from friends, and friends of friends, enquiring about where to get hold of these vests.
The revolution was beginning... All it took was one photograph of Apartment 304 and the brand was born.

Big fan of this brand

Big fan of this brand, I have multiple items of clothing from them now, all are great quality, the prints are awesome and the fit is spot on for my style.

Customer service are on it when it comes to replying. The clothes aren't cheap but you pay for the quality of them.

Highly rated brand.

5 weeks isn’t enough time to get a refund for not receiving an item

Ordered before and it’s been alright but this time 2 out of the t-shirts I received were decent, can’t speak much for the 3rd T-shirt as needed it exchanged, they received it at my expense, it’s been 5 weeks almost and still not long enough to just give me a refund like asked and constantly have to chase it up myself.

Company seems extremely reluctant to give the money back for a product not received in 5 weeks and no doubt when they eventually put their hands in their pockets I’d have to wait days for it to be processed by them then another 5 for it get to me.

UPDATE:
Not long after this went up received an email saying they the parcel was returned to them and they sent it back out despite being more than 30 days since them receiving it back and me asking for a refund multiple times. Says a lot about the company, do anything to try avoid/delay giving you your money back.

Hello Liam,

We sincerely apologise about all of the issues you faced with your order. Our returns portal was unfortunately down at the time you returned your order due to us moving into a new office. We offered to pay for your postage but a postage receipt was not sent to us.
The exchange took longer than usual to process due to a supplier issue and us not receiving the stock in time. Once your order was dispatched it should have been with you the next day but once you emailed to say it had not been received, we realised that the parcel was missing. We contacted the Courier straight away and chased this issue to locate your parcel.

Unfortunately there was a problem at the depot and a number of missing parcels were returned to us around 10 days later. Instead of emailing customers individually to decide if they wanted a refund or for their order to be shipped, we went through and got orders re-shipped with next day delivery. Both times a refund was requested, the parcel was already on it's way to you so we were not able to refund this until we located the order. Your return has now been received and unfortunately it does take 5 working days to process returns due to the fact that we are a small business.

We completely understand your frustration and although we kept you notified, it did take us a while to receive a response from the courier and we apologise that we were not back in touch until the issue had been resolved.

These were unforeseen circumstances and we do sincerely apologise that these problems affected your exchange. We are happy to refund your postage costs, please just drop us an email with the receipt and we will get this processed alongside your returned item.

Bobbly after 1st wash

I was given a hoodie as a present, wore it a couple of times and put in the wash - washed as per Instructions and now it's totally bobbly and looks like I've had it for years. Really disappointed as I loved it. Wouldn't expect that after 1 wash!

No dellivery

Ordered 2 t-shirts for a month ago.. didn't recieve anything jet. Scam..?! Paid them €50 for litteraly nothing.. very very sad. I even can't contact them. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Ordered my t shirts and was a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but glad I ignored them, quality of the shirts is fantastic, quick delivery and all at a fantastic price, the designs are fantastic, well done 304 clothing, will definitely be ordering again

I have ordered from this company twice…

I have ordered from this company twice now and I recently had to contact customer service with an issue with a double order. I dealt with Bintou, who was very professional, polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The clothes are of an excellent quality too 😊

Great company

I ordered already two times and i must say the quality and services are great. Even if you have a problem, Bintou (costumer service) will help you out and solve your problems.

My new favourite clothing brand

Bought some hoodies from here after searching high and low for some that’d fit me. My sizing is often an inconvenience for me as I’m too small to fit into plus size clothing but too big to fit into regular clothing. Was super excited when I stumbled across this brand as their sizing is diverse plus they offer “oversized” products which fit even better. Happy to say I was not disappointed when my order arrived - I’ve been living in them ever since and have just placed a second order as I love it all so much. Now patiently waiting for a restock or new drop so I can grab some more! 100% recommend, now my new favourite clothing brand - well worth the money, great quality and so comfortable.

Pulled out all the stops

Two orders placed with this company for Christmas presents for my son. After placing, I read the plethora of negative reviews and thought maybe we'd made a mistake? Happy to report 304, anticipating delays in supply, kept us informed and switched all their deliveries to Fedex next day to ensure the goods arrived in time for Xmas. One arrived quickly, the other went into "delay status" at a Fedex hub in Luton (no fault of 304). A quick chat with Fedex support and the goods were released and delivered on Friday the 23rd. Quality of the T Shirts was good & my son is very happy. Knowing the supply chains have all been impacted by global events and subsequently local strikes, we need a little faith and give these guys a break. They communicated throughout the process and tried their best to be helpful, including a sorry and discount for delays.

Don’t waste your time or money

Ordered some items nearly two weeks ago still not received…..customer services originally just fobbing me off with Royal Mail postal strikes etc….then have cheek to send an unrelated email to say if I place an order with them now I’ll get my order before Christmas as they use FedEx 😂 now customer services are ignoring me. Avoid at all costs wish I had read these reviews first, don’t waste your time or money!

AVOID

First time website used, ordered pajama bottoms which were very poor quality, tried to return and have been told we are not entitled to have to a refund only a credit note. Not according to Martin Lewis..You've MORE rights buying online (or by telephone/catalogue) due to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These give a legal right of 14 days to cancel the order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to send most goods back for a full refund (including outward delivery costs), even if there's no fault. // We will be contacting our credit card company to obtain a refund. First and last time I will ever order from this company, my advice to you avoid, avoid,avoid.
