I can't comment on the quality because…

I can't comment on the quality because shipping has been tiresome. FedEx is horrible. I don't think that I'll be going through this again. No matter what this underwear feels like. If the price seems to good, there's a reason for it.

Pants shrunk in length

The first time I ordered items, they came relatively quickly and were exactly what I wanted. The fabric, workmanship and sizing was spot on. I made a second order right away. The order arrived, and the first pair of pants were ready to be laundered so, I threw in the second pair of pants. Both shrunk, only in length, but now both are too short. They also absorbed color from another item, despite there being a color collecting sheet added to the wash. The size extra large women’s T-shirts should have been large enough for me based on measurement, but are pretty snug and I would advise going up a size if you order them.

Beware of Shipping Conpany

I have had great experience with this company in the past. However, this past month was a nightmare. I placed an order and later learned it was marked as undeliverable. I learned they now use a foreign company (UniUni) for delivery. When o contacted customer service I was told some of my orders were sold out and they could not resend my original package. Very disappointing!

Quality, Service, & Delivery Has Gone Down Hill Fast

Sometime within the last 2 years things have changed... This review would have been a 5/5 all day everyday.
Now... 32 degrees can't live up to their promises shipment timelines and they use the worst possible shipment partner on the market. If you order with standard shipping it'll list as 2-6 business days, but you should definitely expect that to be closer to 10-15 business days before receiving the package. If you order with expedited shipping it'll list as 1-3 business days, but even then you'll be waiting 5-10 business days. Uniuni is awful at updating the package information and giving estimated delivery timeframes.
32 degrees discontinued some of the best products and replaced them with cheaper less quality products.
I'm waiting on an order of additional boxer briefs , sports bra for my wife, and dress pants. I ordered 2/28 and didn't ship until 3/4 and are still in the same spot they started on 3/6. This will be my final test of shipment timeline and quality before I look for another brand.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order 16 days ago and still do not have it, they supposedly have some new delivery service called UniUni which moves at a snails pace. My item supposedly sat at a warehouse for 6 days before "moving" thru the system. It has now been "out for delivery" for two days, how is that even possible? I ordered on 2/18, today is 3/5 and still no order. Don't waste your time or money, customer service does nothing but tell you to keep waiting, It's not worth the hassle.

Never again!

Never again! This company has now become entirely incompetent. To make matters worse, their new mailing vendor, UniUni, is entirely dysfunctional. One order very delayed and another not arriving at all! Quality of products have plummeted since they used to sell at Costco. Bummer.

Avoid them like the plague!

32 Degrees has gotten terrible! The shipping carrier they use to save money (UniUni) operates like DoorDash and the drivers steal your order. Customer service I’d also useless unless you get VERY angry. I’ve had to file chargebacks to get my money back for The orders that were stolen. Everyone I know has boycotted this company and is no longer a customer of theirs.

TERRIBLE SHIPPING

I placed an order on 12/18/2025 and paid for "expediated shipping" which said "2-4 business days". Even got an email that stated the items had shipped on the 18th. I did NOT receive the items until December 26, so they did not make it in time for Christmas. Very dissappointed (and mad), since i PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING! Had i known the items would not be received in time for Christmas i would have just used the free shipping. I don't think i will purchase from this company again. Very dissapointed in this transaction.

Defective product 32 degree vest

I was given a 32 degree vest for as a gift. I was not a home and needed to pack the gift. This meant leaving the box and the much need order number. It seem with out this number no returns can be make. This number is not on the merchandise but is necessary to complete any communication with 32degrees. So if you have a product that may or may not be defective make sure you maintain the order number. This number is not located on the garment. This product was defective.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered clothing and one pocket was left unsewed. Customer service notified over the weekend, responded the following week and said they because I hadn't kept the paper tag I was ineligible to return it (I had worn the item before realizing a pocket was unsewn).

I had only asked to return for another item that was functional, not for my money back. Ridiculous statement from them, they told me they were escalating my request, 3 days later the ticket was closed without a response.

Have spent hundreds with them over the years, but for this kind of response on a $14.99 item they lost my future business.

Don’t ever place an order and ask for…

Don’t ever place an order and ask for anything afterwards. I had forgotten to add a ‘free tote’ offer so I emailed customer service to add it to my order. Instead they cancelled my entire order!! 😡
Now I’m reading reviews that their quality has gone downhill.

Negative reviews arent for 32 Degrees but for the shipping company UniUni

I want to share my experience with 32 Degrees, because many of the negative reviews seem to be related not to the company or their products, but to the shipping carrier UniUni.

If you choose expedited shipping (FedEx), you can completely avoid the hassle people are complaining about. That made all the difference for me.

Their customer service has been wonderful—responsive, helpful, and professional. The quality of the items is very good, especially for the price, and this is the same brand that’s trusted and sold at Costco, which says a lot.

Bottom line:
✔️ Quality products
✔️ Great customer service
✔️ Choose FedEx expedited shipping and you’ll have a smooth experience

I’ll definitely continue ordering from them.

This is a scam company.

This is a scam company. Just read the reviews. People order things. The company takes the money. Then the company refuses to actually deliver the items. They get money and we get nothing. The customer service, I believe, is a bullpen of AI bots that do nothing for you. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my items and I know they will never come. This is a scam company that should be avoided at all costs.

Bought two sets of supposed thermal underwear. Tried them out yesterday and I might as well have not worn them. No body heat retention or warmth at all. Absolute waste of money.

Clothing sizes vary

Clothing sizes vary. I have recently ordered large pants and they are smaller than the large I purchased last year. Sizing is not dependable. I have purchased from this company for the past 6 years will no longer buy from them

Terrible new shipping Company - UniUni

I have ordered from 32 Degrees many times and never had an issue until this order. My Dec. 7 purchase sat at a UniUni warehouse in Chicago for NINE days with no movement, then was marked "out for delivery" in Franklin, WI for days, and has not been delivered (yet). I understand holiday delays, but misleading tracking and long warehouse holds are frustrating. I love the products, but I will not order again if UniUni continues to be used for delivery. (Yes, I emailed 32 Degrees customer support days ago.) Update - I was notified on 12/31 that my order was undeliverable. I contacted customer support for a refund. Customer support # (855) 323-2302. I was able to speak to a real person.
