I am the administrator for a small charity and we are on 34sp's free charity hosting, this has saved us over a thousand pounds over the last few years. On top of that the support is excellent, swift and friendly. We won't be moving from 34sp.

We have quite a few websites hosted by these guys, they are far and away head and shoulders better than anyone else we have used. We honestly won’t use anyone else.

Still the best. I think one the most important facts for me is that they are literally up the road and because they are UK based, I get a response very quickly. I love the fact that they will make tweaks and changes for me - I’m not very good at a lot of things. I have inherited looking after a web site hosted on 34SP.com using CraftCMS, which is an excellent tool if you know what you're doing with it, and I don't! Because of my knowledge gap I have been a "high maintenance" user on their support service when we have had problems arising because I am unable to maintain it. I have found them to be very responsive and extremely tolerant of my questions which I am sure go beyond the scope of the support they should provide.
