Carol is fantastic, she works incredibly hard for all of her clients. I am very happy to be represented by 360ArtsManagement. Carol is extremely helpful, caring and completely approachable, she wants the best for all of us.
Hi, we are happy to be part of 360 Arts Management family, since we live abroad and there is not much interest in UK agencies community in representing international talent. Carol responded to our query and was happy to represent my teen daughter, who now stands a chance at being noticed. We are forever grateful for that.
Also, Carol's whatsapp group is a fabulous, easy and modern way of communicating and we feel included and part of a "gang" so to say, with all the updates.
Last but not least, as a working mother myself I can really appreciate the time and efforts put in by Carol.

Carol is very professional and makes sure to answer all communications promptly, she also tutors her clients to perform to the best of their ability when auditioning for roles.
My daughter and I were signed by 360 Arts Management just before Christmas 2020 (not even a month ago). I can honestly say that in such a short space of time I have been blown away by how hard they work for their clients and the amazing communication with us. They have great industry contacts and a never ending enthusiasm to help us succeed. I am quite excited, even in these difficult and uncertain times, knowing that we are being so energetically represented. I am confident that when our opportunities come we will be well supported in submitting the very best audition tapes possible. It's wonderful to feel so believed in!!
My experience so far has been absolutely amazing. They are all so kind and approachable. The 360 s team are very supportive and responsive. They treat every client as if they are the only client and are super professional.
Kind regards Carrissa Baxter

Hello there,
My name is Virginia, i left the agency around 3 weeks ago and trust me, i did it for my own good and i couldn’t be happier. Before that I was under 360 Management for almost 2 years, paid for headshots, made sure all my profiles were up to date, and had 6 years of credits behind me. I joined their weekly classes thinking it would do me good..what did that lead me to? 3 self-tape requests. Yes, you read that right. In 2 YEARS I got. 3 requests. All declined of course because I didn’t have “any acting experience”. I had to pay £30 for a cheap looking printed shirt because I couldn’t just wear my normal clothes in a class full of kids not my age. I spent more than £200 on courses that literally felt like a kids class. I was 17 at the time and I was THE OLDEST in my class. If you want to show your potential to grow, “you’re showing off” and if you want to ask about more advanced classes, they low key judge you. I remember being asked by one of the girls there if I could be part of their editing team and edit their videos cause I had a YouTube channel and they needed an editor, so therefore I could feature their agency on my page..me? A 18 year old who makes reaction YouTube videos for fun? Editing videos for a “professional” agency?! I demand my story to be heard because this is truly unacceptable for me, and not just as an actor but also as an individual. The amount of favouritism that goes on in this group in highly unprofessional and there’s only one person managing 300+ people, so if you think you’re gonna have an agent, well that’s not it at all. What you’re gonna have is an old lady submitting you for male jobs even if you’re a woman or not submitting you for jobs at all because she has the same 10 people to think about, even if you fit the roles criteria. You’re going to be added in a whatsapp group (again, very professional as you can see) and will have to act like you’re happy for the same 10 people that get jobs every week and have to spend GRANDS in one scene showreels and Q&A’s with casting directors that never end up happening. Be ready of seeing clients in this agency who have joined WAY after you and get their full-time paid acting job after only 2 weeks of joining, whereas you’ll probably end up waiting, like me, that since 2019 was waiting for an opportunity that never came, thinking it was my fault. My last self-tape request was after I've been told by Carol (the only agent there lol) that my headshots were very amateur and horrible, which is something that no Agent should do (which is bring you down after you've spent £150 on pictures). Be ready of seeing people congratulating each other like they’re not aware of the discrimination that happens to the majority of clients, that however keep their mouth shut cause “they trust their agent and don’t wanna get in trouble”? I don't think this is fair anymore. I've spent my last two years of my time AND money in nothing. What this agency does is hanging onto people’s hopes into believing they’ll make it in the industry one day, when In reality..well..as of right now, only a few people have FINALLY realized the dark bullsh*t that goes on in here and have contacted me privately to get the answers they were looking for. The legitimacy of this agency is equal to Kim Kardashian’s bum..both ✨fake✨ and I'm sick of thinking that I won't get anywhere unless I’m with an agent, where on the contrary, I got more jobs outside this agency than from this girl herself. I truly think all the people in this agency can do better than this. They’re wasting their potential and they don’t even realise.

I’ve been with them for almost a year now and only got one audition! I didn’t even get the role! The amount of money spent it’s unbelievable! The school courses are not bad, they’re pretty okay to be honest but they are NOT worth £240 for like 6 months. Overall the whole thing it’s not bad, it’s just that as someone looking for a PERSONAL agent, I wouldn’t recommend it as they have mostly children and for personal experience, I didn’t feel like they truly cared about my dream career of getting in the acting industry.
