Thank you so much Virginia its been an absolute pleasure having you as a student and client. I just want to clear up a few things as I believe you dont fully understand the industry and what goes on behind the scenes. So just wnated to enlighten you on the following

I submitted you 372 projects listed on spotlight. if casting do not request to see a client that is not down to the agent, unfortunately it’s the nature of the industry we are all in.
The classes are separate from the agency.
Casting Directors do not supply reasons as to why a client's tape has been unsuccessful, Casting Directors would certainly not make such comments about actors. If a client is not called there could be any number of reasons
The uniform supplied is £25.00 which includes a T-shirt with embroidered logo (not printed as stated) and zip up hoodie. The 360 Elite t'shirt does have a printed logo and is used at public performances as part of the dance troupe. Footage can be found on our SM and website, the cost of this t-shirt is £12.00. All the kids at 360 are required to wear uniform as per the norm for any stage school.
There were other teenagers in your group who were only a few months younger in age. The prices and classes are detailed on our website and the first week is also a free trial. You attended 360 for just under two years. It was a pleasure to have you in class,
You were asked to join 360 Elite Dance Troupe and opportunities were available for all members of 360 Elite to perform. Teachers are industry Professionals as well as mentors. This issues has never been brought to teh Techers, The Head of Performing Arts or The Principals throughout the whole of your time at 360.
360 offers Singing/Dancing and Acting with spin off classes for Elite members by audition. All available classes are listed on the website www.360arts.co.uk. So you were offered to be part of the competition troupe. It states clearly on the website that we offer street dance and Elite dance troupe so there were no other advacne classes on offer apart from Specialist 1;2;1 which were an additional cost which you showed no interest in.
Everybody’s strengths are celebrated and 360 and we build on raw talent, The migration of students is very low.
We are always looking at ways to involve young people and as You Tube was an area of interest to you we approached you with an interesting opportunity that we thought you might like to be part of. and which you we were grateful for. The editing project was an innovative creative project for those students with an intertest in editing, adding another creative outlet. The editing project was a school initiative separate from the agency.
360 Arts School and 360 Arts Management are two separate businesses
All kids at the school are presented with the same opportunities, this is demonstrated through our public performances where the footage can be seen on our website and Social media. Kids come to 360 for all different reasons, some need confidence building and want to make friends, others are looking for performance and industry reputation.
The number of clients you state I represent is incorrect
Spotlight changed their platform and jobs were posted accepting submissions for both female and male clients for a short period of time, this was quickly rectified by Spotlight and explained to clients at the time.
My age is neither here nor there and you have no idea how old I am – your comment has made your statement personal which is very disappointing.

My one word of advice for you moving forward Virginai is if you want to move agents you are perfecly entitled to do so that is why a contract with 360 Arts Management is offered on flexible terms. However it is always best, expecially at such a yong age, to air your grievances privately, clear the air, gain some clarity and understanding from a business perspective and end on good terms. Its such a shame that you felt you needed to behave in such a public way instead of dealing with issues and concerns in a more profefessional, grown up way, by coming to me first with all of the above points.

I have always held you in such high regard Virginia and I am disappointed in the way you have behaved and made your comments personal towards me because you felt you were not cast by Casting Directors

You are so talented and there is a role out there for you , you must never give up on your dreams.
Maybe in time, you will learn how to go about them in a more grown up, mature way. Wishing you all the best for the future Virginial Carol xx

However we have never represented anyone under this name. If you are using an alias please advise us and we will send you a list of all your submissions that we have made on your behalf.

We offer a very personal, professional, bespoke service and we would have been happy to supply you with list of submissions. We are very approachable and work round the clock to support our clients that are working in the UK and abroad. .

There are no costs involved in joining our agency except the Spotlight annual fee which Spotlight charge for and of course your professional headshots which our photographer offers at a very reasonable rate. Other than that we do not charge. The only commission that we charge are for jobs that we secure for our clients which again are very competitive. Please can you advise as to which costs you are referring to as “extortionate” and we will be happy to clarify the situation for you.

Regarding our agency we have a real mix of clientele from all backgrounds and all ages from 5-100. We provide an exceptional personal and professional approach to everybody unfortunately there are no guarantees in this industry.

Its our job to submit clients to casting via Spotlight then if Casting feel our client is what they are looking for they will ask them to audition. I’m very sorry that you had one casting and were unsuccessful but that is the way the industry works, it is not a great feeling when one is turned down for a role but it is not about the current opportunity but always the next

We know our agency client base very well and submit to casting based on the skills and expertise our clients have an aptitude for which they demonstrate in class each week, We know each and everyone of our clients and their families because we take an interest in them and help build resilience for what is a very tough industry. As well as training them we are also mindful of the state of their well being. We also offer industry standard workshops for all our clients,

With regards to our classes, again your name used for this review is not listed on any of our registers past or present. You have also incorrectly stated our fees and the duration they cover.

Our classes are held by industry professionals and we have a very low turnover of students. We are a community family at 360 with the kids at our school at the very heart of everything we provide for them. We offer very competitive rates, quality teaching and learning. To ensure continuity of progress we carry out lesson observations in all our classes every week. We offer free workshops for schools, we have sponsored and donated to various community and fund raising events and have worked with many charities and performed free at various high profile events helping to raise funds for Great Ormond Street, The Heritage Trust etc. We back Andrew Lloyd Webbers campaign to extend diversity into London’s theatres, all of which are on our website www.360arts.co.uk.

We take a very personal approach to all our families. We are not a franchise and the management team and staff are a very friendly, welcoming, professional, consistent presence at both our sites in Dollis Hill on a Saturday morning and Hendon on a Sunday morning.
