Excellent

Phil is responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, manages your expectations and is a thoroughly nice chap to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

very happy all round

phil was upfront and honest and i believed what he had to say - carried out the work quickly and have had no problems since he came - had a history of cowboys working on our gates so was a relief to find 360 automations who dealt with the problem without the spin! will use them again for any future work. (sorry for the delay phil new quote will be getting my attention after chirstmas!)

Brilliant

With tenants moving in the next morning and the electric gates not working, Phil saved us, professional and helpful. Very happy.

Honest, helpful and dependable.

It took minutes to reply to my phone call. The next day the job was completed by a friendly workman. During the next week I was rung to see if i was happy with the work. I was also told to contact the firm if I had any problems. I found this very reassuring.

Phil is someone who is anxious to please

It was obvious that Phil had not experience of the particular gate opening equipment at my house which was not surprising since he had not been involved with the original installation. He learnt quickly and the end result is probably a better installation than the original one.

Great service - delivered professionally

I am pleased to actually say that the advice and attention we received was refreshing.
One phone call, followed by a site visit and professional advice, resolved a long standing problem, that others had not. So what more can I say other than a great service.

Use someone else

Sorry but this was not a good experience.
Nice guy, but on arrival I explained the system and the problem to him. Told him that the fault was in the loft of our bungalow.
He then spent an hour and confirmed that the fault was in the loft, great I knew that.
He then advised me that he "doesn't do lofts" so left without fixing the system.
I then called Index, and they fixed it.

Very reliable

360auotmations have been very quick to respond to our requests.

We found 360automations through Check a Trade - to which when I spoke with the staff over the phone, they have been very friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service & advice - Would recommend any time

Phil fitted my garage door some years ago which has been perfect! No faults, works a treat every time. The time had come to replace some of the activators though so a quick call to Phil... Phil gave me good advice regarding changing the type of activators giving better battery life & almost twice the range. The door is now fully open by the time I've turned the corner in the car. Not a big deal having to wait a short while for the door to open, but so much better now that it's open & ready for me to park up!
