Disgusted by the price and overall…

Disgusted by the price and overall experience £29.00 for 2 adults and a 1 year old to play! 3 packs of regular sized Chrisps 2 mars bars a pack of buttons and a latte £13 odd pounds! The place is dated dirty and disgusting, staff all have faces like slapped ars*s. More angry about the price we have paid for a few hours out as a family!

Bullied out of the centre for being autistic.

Been a customer for 7 years however since Chloe Dorrington became manager, myself and my daughter have been bullied out of the centre.

I was attacked by another parent at the centre and the incompetent manager completely sided with the ignorant woman who behaved appallingly in front of me and my kids, and created a big scene over a situation she completely fabricated.

However, the 'weird', 'reserved', 'autistic' woman recieved a ban the following day with no explanation, followed by a malicious accusation being made about me 'assaulting' my daughter to the police. This was the manager's icing on the cake behind her months long campaign of bullying towards us.

Following a police investigation, the police accepted that myself and my daughter were merely playing a game of tag. That was it. Just a game of tag. And the police also decided that no assault took place between myself and the awful woman.

Yet myself - the pregnant autistic lady with the autistic daughter: have been banished from the centre after enjoying 7 years of fun (no other incidents ever) whilst the other woman who started this entire commomotion faced no repercussions.

My daughter has been called a theif by manager Chloe Dorrington on numerous occasions when she cannot comprehend what that means. The manager has criticised my daughter for not following instructions despite being non verbal. I have been shouted at by the manager who would approach me standing up with other staff members beside her as witnesses as part of her bullying campaign against us. All the while I have remained sat at a table drinking coffee which never warranted such an aggressive approach.

Her name is Chloe Dorrington. The incompetent manager lacks basic communication skills, lacks understanding about disabilities and is vindictive if you do not conform to her regimented expectations. She doen't know how to greet customers, smile or display humancentric qualities.

This is ignorance, bullying and blatant disability discrimination.

If you do not fit in, you're not welcome at 360 so beware if you or your child is nueraldovergamt.

By the way head office couldn't care less. They refunded me membership money in the hope we would just disapear into thin air. What a horrible organisation. They have no customer loyalty. They do not deserve to have such a prime location at Rushden Lakes.

We went to Rushden lakes 360

We went to Rushden lakes 360. What an amazing place. Very clean and tidy for the amount of children playing. Very well staffed. Very polite and welcoming. If you meet Sophie she is a star she brought us our food with a smile and a chat even though she was running miles this day. Sophie you made us feel a valued customer thank you
